It was supposed to arrive the day after placing my order but didn't arrive until the following week. In the meantime, I found the same vacuum at a cheaper price, so I bought that one.

The ball design is hard to use, although it does become less rigid over time. Wait for the normal designs to return if you can, would not recommend this model.

I have also bought a Samsung refrigerator in the past from Best Buy that was known that the ice machine would build up and not work. I'm done with Best Buy.

Yes the suction power is wonderful however you cannot roll this vacuum on the back wheels while moving it from room to room because the cleaner head just falls it does not stay latched in place. That was annoying it just feels cheap and for the price point I want something that didnt feel like i was going to break it.
