I love the warranty does not cost anything to send them in for repair if they don't pick up and it doesn't take long to get them back my last one was only art the shop for a day. I will not own another vacuum.

The changes made to this unit to self-clean the roller of long hair is no joke, it really works! I've used Dyson products for years, and I'm so impressed with this unit I've bought two of them so I can keep one on each floor.
