This vacuum was able to lift more dirt from my rug then my hoover vacuum! And this newer model has an adjustable suction head that all of Dyson models never had! Making even easier to clean from rug to floor ! Brilliant Dyson!

I can’t believe how much brighter my floors looked after using this! I don’t have pets but wanted the hair detangler so my hair wouldn’t get caught in the vacuum and sure enough it works!

Mine was able to handle clumps of dog hair that have killed multiple other vacuums.

It stinks, smells like the motor is burning

From the first time to this day, it smells like the motor is burning. Some products have that weird smell the first time you use it and it goes away. This has not. I have to air out the home because I’m afraid of what we are smelling is toxic. Perhaps I was given a faulty product, I will return this one and get a new one. If it happens with another vacuum then I will move onto another model of Dyson because this issue is new and it doesn’t seem safe at all.

I have long hair that sheds often, this machine picked it up without issue, and I didn’t have to spend time trying to 7ntangle the roller. It’s a miracle. Thank you Dyson!

So long as you use the correct settings like the instructions say, you shouldn’t have a problem with it being hard to push. You need to actively change the pile adjustment according to what floor your vacuuming.

I don’t think these new ball vacuum cleaners are as good as the old one, but it is still good.

The vacuum is very difficult to get to stand in the upright position because it does not want to lock into position. Then when you try to move the unit falls out of the locked position. Also, the brush head assembly completely falls off the vacuum. This vacuum is an overpriced piece of junk. Save your money and the frustration do not purchase this Dyson

Only glitch is that the pet hair seems to catch on one part of the debris basket which never happened with the previous model.

Only bad thing is the instructions are lacking. Leaves a lot to guess work and trial and error. Love the vacuum, not impressed with the instructions.

Even the base model has enough options for everyday cleaning. Definitely worth it if you value your time and cleanliness.

I would give it four stars, except that there are some annoyances that make it difficult to use. The extensions are stiff and inflexible. This makes it difficult even when standing the vacuum upright to get behind small spaces in corners. In general, it also feels kind of like a cheaply made vacuum. However, I've had it about six months and so far it hasn't busted yet.
