    This is the vacuum i needed for my dog that sheds twice a year for six months at a time.

    Before purchasing I really questioned spending this much on the vaccum. Believe the hype 100% worth it.

    Dyson disappointed

    Had 2 problems now with this vaccuum cleaner. First problem head would not stay on vacuum cleaner when vacuumed. Now wand stick would not go into slot. Is going in at a 45 deg. angle. Would not fit properly at top. Had to get a new pc. from Dyson.Actually FaceTimed Dyson showing the issue. Hopefully this will work but I am disappointed with Dyson quality.

    One of the best vacuums I have had. I believe it’s much stronger than Shark made vacuums. I am enjoying it. Thanks

    Was good for a while then it overheated. Cleared out all debris and issue still remains. Kinda sucks losing 400 bucks in less than 4 months.

    Wish there was place to keep all attachments. Cylinder is fairly small. Overall it's great but overpriced.

    DYSON - Beware, DO NOT BUY

    Please beware STAY AWAY from this Dyson vacuum cleaner. I purchased this on 01/13/2025 and it scratched (deep) my expensive hardwood floor with the first use and tore the kitchen floor mat. I contacted Dyson support and they are hard to deal with. Sent all the pictures and explained how much damage this vacuum cleaner has done. No help was offered. The vacuum cleaner is returned to the Bestbuy store. Please don't waste your money and time in dealing with the issues. It's not worth it. It's like Dyson is cheating innocent citizens by selling their sub-par quality vacuum cleaner and getting the floors damaged. BEWARE of this trap.
