Moved recently to a carpet upstairs home and this is the 1st thing we purchased for move-in. This is our forever vacuum. :)

The suction on this upgraded model is impressive. The self clearing head is yet to be tested, I have 2 cats and a long pony tale so hair can be a problem but if it’s as good as advertised…..

It’s much heavier than I expected and the cord is always in the way. It hurts my back to use it for very long. The attachment hose is terrible because you can’t pull it out and use it . The hose continuously pulls back and you need 2 hands to hold the hose extended when you use the small attachments. The good thing is that it does have amazing suction power and does a good job on the bare floor and rug. It’s just a workout to use and I find I’d rather use my old Bissell which is lighter and easier to push. Would never recommend or buy another one.

We got this one and WOW, could not believe how much it picked up - Love it. And Best Buy had the best price and super fast delivery.

The only gripe I have is when removing the extender portion it feels a bit tight, so less easy to maneuver. Overall this was a great purchase!
