My 2nd Dyson now and I'm still very happy with them. This one proved it's worth on the first couple of runs with how much it captured from the carpet. A couple of runs through and I'm convinced that my carpets are actually clean. The attachments are great too and well conceived.

It is indeed the most powerful suction ever, but it does make it very heavy to use, it’s a workout, but you can see the rug pulling back it’s so strong. I find the hose to be extremely awkward to work with, and the accessories aren’t vey practical, but it is very fancy looking, and I do feel the clean/suction is very superior to anything else.

I finally broke down and purchased a Dyson. The vacuum is very strong, it's everything that I expected. I would say that my one dislike is that it's a little heavy. Overall great product, easy to use.

I’m amazed at the performance of this vacuum ! So crazy to see how much it picked up the first time I used it. Clearly my old vacuum was NOT picking up much dust and hair! This is powerful and lightweight- I love using it!

This is one of the best vacuums I've ever had. Nearly as good as my original bissel. The suction is the best, better than Bissel and Shark. It is really easy to maneuver. If it had a retractable cord and more places to easily store accessories it likely would be 5 stars for me. I have four boys and a dog (long white hair) with carpet in every bedroom and rugs in my living and dining room so I vacuum multiple times a week. The first time I used this vacuum it pulled up so much dust the carpet looked brighter. This is a big deal because most vacuums nowadays are not good. I always get the BestBuy insurance because I typically need a new vacuum within 2 years. I might actually make it past the warranty with this one. But I've only had it for a little over a month so we'll have to see.

I have appreciated having this for my carpet. (I foster and have two resident cats.)

Great vacuum with amazing suction. Nothing beats a Dyson. The price tag may be higher than other brands but the value and longevity make up for it.

Love ours! So convenient for our carpet and wood laminate floors. Gets dusting done as well with its attachments. Easy to operate and easy to dispose of waste. Very powerful suction compared to any other vacuum i’ve used before. i have two small children and two medium/large size dogs so this investment is definitely well worth it.

These vacuums just work. Cleverly designed and user friendly. It's easy to grab and go. Cord is long but easy to manage. Steering one is a dream, plus they're very reliable. We wanted a new one so I took our old one to use in the shop and it's still going strong. I think it's about 7 years old. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

This is an excellent vacuum with adjustable suction settings. We bought this vacuum to replace a 15 year old Dyson which still works. You can’t go wrong with Dyson products.

Great product. Although it is a bit on the heavier side. The suction power is impressive. This model has a useful improvement over the previous one - there are three suction modes present. That is required when someone is vacuuming carpets vs. hardwood floors.

In terms of cleaning probably one of the best suction vacuums I've ever used. It's a LOT heavier than a stick vacuum and that does make it a bit of a challenge to move around. Had some difficulty with under couch and around chair legs since it's a lot wider than other vacuums.

My old Dyson lasted 12 years, so I decided to go back with bthe same brand. I love the settings that makes it equally useful on carpet or hardwood. It does a great job, and the Best Buy employee who helped me was great!

I had an original Dyson for almost 10 years. when it finally gave up the ghost, money was tight and we went with a Bissel pet vac. I never really cared for it and wasn't impressed with it's prformance. The hose and things were breaking and I said forget it. Saw this Dyson was 100 dollars of and I got 12 mos no interest. Win win I LOVE this vacuum. It sweeps so well, my carpets are worn out and need replaced once our rescue is fully house trained and reliable, but this sweeper has such great suction, that it helps fluff the pile up a smidge on our worn out carpet. It has all the attachments that I loved and missed with my last one. I now swore that I will NEVER own anything but a Dyson. So worth the cost. Best vacuums ever
