Excellent suction, especially to pick up hair, whether human or animal! Maneuvers extremely well! So easy to empty the canister with one press of a button, poof! all the contents in the canister are gone! Love that it is corded so I never have to run out of battery! Go ahead and give this vacuum a try, you will not be disappointed I promise!

Great Vacuum! Easy to clean as a lot of it comes apart without tools. Great price too. This is our second one purchased keep one on each floor. First one is still going strong.

This is the perfect vacuum for our labrador retriever owning family. Works perfect to keep the hair at bay on our wood floors and on carpet/rugs as well.

Had a previous model of the Animal, and it lasted around nine years. This one seems to have more suction and the beater bar works amazingly well as it's a different/better design - it pulled SO much dirt and dust out of the carpet the first time we used it we were shocked.

I have the original animal upright and a newer Dyson compact. Bought this and it cleaned up an unbelievable amount 1 day after using the compact in the same rooms. The suction is unreal and the new tangle free head even made Persian carpet fringe a stress free event. Highly recommend for anyone, especially a pet owner.

Easy to assemble, could suck chrome off a bumper. Light and very maneuverable

Ran our Shark vacuum over the living room floor a few times. Then, whipped this bad boy out. The amount of hair and dust it pulled out of the carpet was unbeliavable. It fees like it suction cups the ground. Its a beast…just buy it.

I like this vaccume because it can literally suck anything off. Makes me feel satisfied and helps me blow off so steam

This vacuum worked amazing, cleaning carpet and picking up dog hair. However, I feel the accessories are a bit cheaply made and to attach attachments to the wand seemed flimsy & inconvenient. As I said, it picked up great.But for the price, I feel like it should be better made

So Far So Good. My 3rd Dyson in my life, I like to replace them after 5-7 years. I have a Shedding dog and a shedding wife and it handles it

Product is fantastic. Only problem couldn’t get anyone to wait on me at Best Buy, had to hunt for someone.

In the best way possible. I have the V10 cordless for hard to reach places, and this beast that does all the heavy lifting. Only con is that its a little heavy for stairs, and the extending hose is a little unfriendly to use. The noise level is much better than most other options on the market. Would reccomend to anyone with pets!

[Employee of bestbuy] The last Dyson I bought was about 20 years ago. That one died and this seemed like the perfect replacement. Great suction, they extended the length of the hose, changed the ball to more of a plastic than rubber so hair doesn't stick to it. Love my Dyson!

Cleans very well a little heavy though When using but picks up very well

Extremely thorough vacuum cleaner. Picks up all of the hair from my two dogs on the carpet. I have small kids who play in the carpet, so I want to make sure it is clean for them at all times. This vacuum cleaner helps do the job. my only complaint is that it doesn’t handle stairs very well, even with the manual cleaner.

So far so good. Only had a month. A little hard to assemble .

This is absolutely the worst appliance I have ever purchased, It is extremely heavy and I can only use it on the highest carpet setting. The hose with the attachments is short and is restricting. Expensive piece of plastic! This replaced a 30 year old self propelled Hoover which I loved.

Great vacuum cleaner. It is a hefty vacuum, but surprisingly maneuverable, and does a great job picking up everything that shouldn’t be left on the floor.

I love how easy it is to use the vacuum and throw out the garbage. It’s not heavy at all and k love that it has the light on the wand and the bottom. I definitely recommend but this.
