The vacuums cleaning power is amazing. I read reviews that it was heavy. This is an understatement. I am a very fit and active 67 yr old. My right arm hurt for a week. My strong 31 year old talked about how heavy and cumbersome it is. I loved the smaller one.

I have had this vacuum for over a year now. We have multiple long haired dogs and this is the only vacuum that has worked for this long. Highly recommend

Suction on this vacuum is great. It works great for picking up dog hair. We have tried so many and this is the one. Purchasing from Best Buy makes it easy as always.

I purchased this vacuum, as it was on-sale with a pretty significant discount. I have 2 dogs, one of which is a German Shepherd that sheds like NO other! I go through vacuums more often than I'd like, so I'm hoping this one stands the test of time a little longer than other I've purchased for less money. I like the maneuverability, although, due to its construction, cannot get under small spaces. One MAJOR complaint that I have is the detachable hose. It is NOT the easiest to use. I feel like a contortionist when I need to use it. I wish I could articulate how annoying it is. Other than that, I feel like it gets up as much dirt and dog hair as any other unit I've owned, if not more. I also own a Shark, that I use in another area of my home, which is comparable in picking up dirt and hair AND the detachable hose is almost as annoying to use. I'd give 5 stars if the hose was easier to use.

First corded Dyson. I love it and don’t think I will switch back to a different brand.

Had to assemble, which was fairly straightforward, but got a little tricky with the handle. Has great suction power, but I don't like that if it's upright, the suction automatically comes through the top of the handle. It's weird actually, and getting the handle down isn't intuitive. Easy to empty dirt bin. Handles cat/dog fur well so far.

Works very well. Went over the same area. We had just vacuumed with our older Dyson vacuum. Picked up a lot more dust. Just wish it came with the rotating hose head for stairs. Nice that it has a height adjustment. We had to return the Dyson Animal 2 because it didn’t have that and stopped rotating on some carpets.

I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this seeing the price but I’m glad I took the jump and bought it! It’s hard finding a good vacuum cleaner since I have pets and this one has not failed me yet. It sucks up dirt and hair with great power and helps keep the house clean.

Assembly was straightforward, clear instructions. The "ball" is fine for maneuvering; weight requires arm strength. We have two cats, 0 dogs/kids. No stairs. The straight end of the attachment tube is difficult to maneuver with areas within 1'-3' away. Happy overall.

Good product picking up a dirt from carpet well powerful made to handle daily vacuum

This is a phenomenal vacuum, suction is great, average weight, leaves a very clean house carpet and floors. The Add-On attachments are nice enough to clean stair cases, pool table cloth top and corners. I really like the maneuverability of the vacuum and the suction power is really what makes it well worth it.

Best vacuum ive ever owned for sure. The only part of the vacuum i thought was a bit disappointing was the hand vacuum tool part. Its a little bit awkward to maneuver if you want to clean something flat that is higher than your vacuum, but its not a dealbreaker!

This is one of the best vacuums my only gripe is the extension the comes out is not nearly as good as advertised and doesn't go very far its actually pretty frustrating to use because it doesn't extend more and pull the vacuum. Other then that best vacuum for pet hair on the floor

Good overall vacuum for the house. A little hard to push for carpet cleaning. Had to prepare to use tool attachments while using the vacuum. Great sucking power for pet hairs.

As someone who doesn’t spend this much of household appliances often this has always been a dream vacuum of mine and man it delivers. My apartment is 90 percent carpet and I have two cats and it picks up stuff that I didn’t even know was there. I’m in love.

I use this every other day for my golden retriever's hair and it is incredible. I have never had such a clean home, both because this vacuum is amazing and it makes me actually want to bother cleaning because it just works everywhere. Hardwood or carpet, this gets the job done and should be what all pet owners purchase.
