Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good vacuum, but since best buy doesnt give point rewards anymore and wiped out my THOUDANDS of points by issuing gift certificates behind my back that then expired, I will never honestly review another product from them,and will only purchase from them when I have no choice, like this vacuum at the time. Returning to buy elsewhere when I am able, in light of this recent discovery, any and everything I can. Hope you go out of business for this one, guys. You really shafted your most loyal customers on this terrible decision.

I am a very fit and active 67 yr old. My right arm hurt for a week. My strong 31 year old talked about how heavy and cumbersome it is. I loved the smaller one.

Great Vacuum!

It has massive suction, which can be a little tricky on rugs and makes it a little hard to push at times, but it picks up MUCH more than our old Dyson. Very pleased with this model.

This one is for our office, which just went through major remodeling. This vacuum has picked up Sheetrock pieces & Sheetrock dust & it just keeps going.

We switched from shark and i can tell you first hand that the lines this thing puts in my carpert make me feel like i have new carpet, this thing really SUCKS.... in the best way possible.

Heavy product with limited maneuverability

It is very difficult to clean the house with the standard accessories in the package. Otherwise the cleaning power/quality is very good.

Hard to Push on Carpet

This one, for some strange reason, is hard to push on carpeting. Pulling is fine, but it is harder to push than it should be. I’ve only used it for a month so maybe it’s in its breaking in period? Strange.

Maneuvers well. Pushes just a little harder on the thicker carpet. Have only used it twice, but picks up dog hair really well!

This is my 2nd dyson 1st was animal ball and the new one is animal ball 3. Didnt come with the dog shedding tool. I dunno if it was supposed to but its shown on back of box. Got the other two tools tho.

We have read so many reviews before we purchased the vacuum cleaners that we went through. They all had good ratings. For some reason, they kept breaking from belt issues, to overheating, to where they start to smell like something is burning etc...so we finally decided to buy the most expensive vacuum cleaner we have ever purchased...one of the main reasons we got this vacuum cleaner is because of the brush, it doesn't keep hair tangled up inside it; it actually breaks it down and puts it inside the container. Also we have the total tech protection with Bestbuy, so we are covered for 24 months...that also gave us some peace. So far we are very ompreased with it.
