My first Dyson vacuum lasted over 10 years so Dyson is my 1st choice for vacuums. This Ball Animal is lighter weight and much easier to manuever around furniture. The suction is amazing! Definitely worth the money.

Best vacuum i've ever had, pulls dirt from carpets that don't even look dirty. Like an insane amount, and leaves the carpets looking almost brand new

I love how its smaller and you can change the hight of the brush . It picks up alot of hair. I dont have a dog or a cat but human hair I have alot.

Purchased with the hope that it was worth it and so far has turned out to be. Does a good job of cleaning everything on vinyl flooring and on carpets.

Do not waste your money buying this vacuum. It does not operate well on carpet or flat, hard surfaces. Suction from the vacuum is terrible. The head falls off all the time. It is hard to stand the vacuum up after you have been vacuuming because the mechanisms just don’t operate smoothly. It is extremely heavy. While the wand suction functionality works well the hose is so rigid and in flexible that it is hard to operate just the hose itself to suck debris from corners and baseboards. I have actually pinched myself between the ridges in the hose when it retracted to go back in its holster.. this vacuum is extremely hard to maneuver. If you vacuum up tissue off the floor, forget it it will not pick it up. It will just break it in 1 million pieces and leave a bigger mess than when you started emptying the vacuum through the filter list canister is very easy but overall, I would not recommend this vacuum. In fact I want my money back. I paid over $400 for this vacuum and I’ve had way better vacuums for under $100. Dyson if you are listening, give me a call. I want my money back also because of this experience, I will not be buying anything else with your brand. Too bad because I was interested in your hair care products.

Love this vacuum. I have an attachment that allows me to groom my dog and emptying the container into my trash bin is pretty easy as well. Assembling it was a breeze as well.

It's really a great machine. The suction power is very high. Especially its performance on carpet is very good. A super choice for those who have dogs at home.

It’s a power house. It cleans carpet perfectly. Perfectly reaching the hard to reach places. Easy to assemble and design is very modular.

I love this product. A midline, vacuum cleaner, and mop being able to do two things at once. The cleanup is easy. This is a very nice machine

Dyson is the best vacuum around. I had my other one for 13 years but i wanted to get a new one because this model has the adjustment for the carpet. Its much easier to push.

This vacuum works great. I love that everything is stored in one place and that the hose is extendable. It's easy to maneuver and has great power.

Great product. It does a great job on carpet, however the stair attachment would be better with a rotating brush head.

Another great vacuum by Dyson. We had the original ball which ended up breaking after years of use and abuse. This is def an upgrade!

Everything for which I hoped and dreamed. Dyson also has excellent customer support if needed. My issue was my own stupidity but they were very helpful. Worth every penny

This Dyson is the second i've had and it works very well. I had my last Dyson for 20 years, and I think this one will last just as long.

I am aTotal Tech member. The handle on my 10 month old Dyson vacuum broke. I took it to Best Buy to get i5 fixed. It was replaced for free. The replacement machine is easier to operate too.

Dyson is my favorite brand . I have been using the dyson more then 5 years .Best vaccum ever.
