    Wish the cable was pull back one but still very good. Great on carpets but don’t use on stone. Pulls apart grout

    I gave it a 5 star because I love Best Buy and their customer service. The Dyson vacuum does a great job however, I am disappointed in the quality of the materials it’s made of. It feels very cheap and flimsy and I’m scared I’m going to break it. Other than that, it’s great just doesn’t feel as sturdy as it shouldn’t well made since it’s a 400 hundred dollar vacuum!

    Replaced our Dyson we bought about 15 years ago. I don't rememver it having this much suck, when it was new.

    All plastic… head falls off EASY. Vacuums great. Way better than a Bissell — so far. Not sure it’s a $500 vacuum, but that’s what I paid.

    The best vacuum I have ever had. When they say it gets the pet hair and dirt deep from out of the carpet, they aren't lying. The fur doe not get wrapped around the brush roll which is my favorite part about this vacuum. I will forever spend the money to buy a decent vacuum! I am still getting used to maneuvering it around, but its really not that difficult.

    The Dyson Ball Animal 3 Upright vacuum cleaner is, in my opinion, one of the best brands on the market. It really picks up a lot of dirt, especially the dirt you cannot see.
