    Heavy awkward vacuum cord is contantly in the way..it has good suction but the vacuum is heavy and difficult to maneuver

    We bought this as a replacement for another Dyson Ball that finally wore out. Though it works just as well picking up the hair it doesn't have the power drive that the previous one had. Maybe we just went on the cheap, but the first was much easier to use.
