I wish the floor setting went a little higher

The only thing I’m not happy with is how the connecting hose works. It doesn’t come in and off the same way my old Dyson did and is not as easy to use.

Though it works just as well picking up the hair it doesn't have the power drive that the previous one had. Maybe we just went on the cheap, but the first was much easier to use.

Only issue I have with this model is the head piece tends to fall off sometimes because it’s only one plastic clip that if you don’t do it 100% correct it falls off. Wait for it to go on sale.

If I would change one thing I would make an option to get a extension cord built in as it stems we are always using one.

Worth the money, crazy good

We have dogs and vacuum fairly regularly with another brand’s pet model. I saw some comments about using the old one then the new so we did. The old pet vacuum picked up a good bit of hair, etc. we ran this immediately after and it dang near filled the container with hair and dirt. Totally worth the money if you have the means to get one.

The only issue is the way that it rolls on its wheels when not in use. It just isn’t smooth. It’s not a big deal but this is why I didn’t rate it 5 stars.

I tried all 3 settings and all the same. Using the hose attachment was difficult too. The hose did not loosen when extending it without manually stretching it. Also concerned over time the hose would crack where it was attached to the attachment piece. When putting the vacuum back up in standing position the hose keeps running. Very disappointing after deciding to try a Dyson for the first time. Returned to the store.

We made an appointment with the Geek Squad to have it repaired and upon arrival, they gave us a gift card to purchase a BRAND NEW Dyson! Such great customer service and care.
