I love Dyson! Having 2 dogs and a couple of asthmatics it does wonders to keep dust down and the floors clean. It’s heavy but worth it.

The best vacuum ever. So long as you use the correct settings like the instructions say, you shouldn’t have a problem with it being hard to push. You need to actively change the pile adjustment according to what floor your vacuuming.

I bought this vacuum because we had a Dyson before and it was probably the best vacuum cleaner we had ever purchased. I don’t think these new ball vacuum cleaners are as good as the old one, but it is still good.

Overall very nice vacuum, does what it is supposed to do. Only glitch is that the pet hair seems to catch on one part of the debris basket which never happened with the previous model.

Great vacuum, does an amazing job. It is a little hard to push. So be prepared for a little bit of a workout.

This Dyson is just as good as the others we’ve worn out. Only bad thing is the instructions are lacking. Leaves a lot to guess work and trial and error. Love the vacuum, not impressed with the instructions.

This vacuum works like a charm. Great for hard wood floors and especially carpet. Best purchase yet!

I purchased this vacuum when I received a promotion at work, and felt like I deserved it because I have two huskies. I would give it four stars, except that there are some annoyances that make it difficult to use. The extensions are stiff and inflexible. This makes it difficult even when standing the vacuum upright to get behind small spaces in corners. In general, it also feels kind of like a cheaply made vacuum. However, I've had it about six months and so far it hasn't busted yet.

For a 4 cat household, this vacuum pulls its weight. Even the base model has enough options for everyday cleaning. Definitely worth it if you value your time and cleanliness.

Excellent product. Cleans as expected with ease. No issues at all. Hope it lasts as long as the previous one.

I had a Dyson vacuum that was wonderful but old so I bought this. The Dyson model is worthless IMO. I cannot push it even switching to bare floor on my carpet, suction is too strong. Only works when pulled backwards. Also the front part that has the bristles etc keeps falling off and is very hard to get back in place. This is a VERY poor design and my next vac will NOT be a Dyson. Save your $$ and walk away from this vacuum. Wouldn't send unless one star was picked-deserves ZERO stars

This vacuum has the most powerful suction of any I've ever purchased. It gets fine pet hair out of rugs & carpet and works great on hardwood floors. It requires some extra effort to maneuver but tones up your arms and picks up any & everything that isn't nailed down! The assembly instructions don't include illustrations which would help! I don't know where the bracket and attachments go??

good vacuum does a great job but the chord is way to long

Works great so far. We have had it for 1 month. The roller is great at keeping hair untangled.

Great vacuum that works well, have to put it on low to vacuum my new rugs and it handles it well.

So far the best vacuum we have purchased. Works great especially since we have pets. Picks up the pet hair with no problems. Would recommend to anyone that has pets.

Great suction but components feel cheaply made. Started wearing out after less than one year. Paid $425.
