When needing a new vacuum, there was no question about what brand I would buy. Dyson are a huge step above any other vacuum I've owned.

It was not easy to get out of the box. Putting the parts together was also difficult. It does not reach under beds to vacuum or the couch.

That is a long time for a vacuum. This vacuum is a little heavier than the prior one. It doesn't glid as easy as before

This vacuum is one of the worst I have ever had. It is so hard to push, that my arm hurts after I use it and that is with the new front plate that Dyson sent. It is so heavy to push and the cord is too long and gets tangled every time I use the vacuum. I would return it if I could and maybe get some type of a stick vacuum.

First problem head would not stay on vacuum cleaner when vacuumed. Now wand stick would not go into slot. Is going in at a 45 deg. angle. Would not fit properly at top. Had to get a new pc. from Dyson.Actually FaceTimed Dyson showing the issue. Hopefully this will work but I am disappointed with Dyson quality.
