I have also bought a Samsung refrigerator in the past from Best Buy that was known that the ice machine would build up and not work. I'm done with Best Buy.

Yes the suction power is wonderful however you cannot roll this vacuum on the back wheels while moving it from room to room because the cleaner head just falls it does not stay latched in place. That was annoying it just feels cheap and for the price point I want something that didnt feel like i was going to break it.

Waste of money

The maneuverability is terrible. Forget using the attachments because it’s extremely difficult to maneuver the wand unless you’re targeting one spot. Once you start moving the entire base falls over. It’s not easy to even move around when it’s not on. I have no idea how this is even still on the market. Complete waste of money. Highly disappointed.

It is too heavy, too cumbersome, and not at all easy to maneuver. It does not go under beds. The accordion plastic storage wand is very difficult to pull out and use because it aggressively self-retracts making it difficult to even use.
