    Our old vacuum was 19 years old....After using our new one we couldn't believe the stuff that it pulled out of the carpet.....yikes.....We love it.....

    Great suction, super cleaning power, but awkward to handle. Often takes a couple of tries to get the unit to stay upright to use the attachments. The hose doesn't extend easily or very far, as the picture would have you believe. I guess I expected more for the price.

    We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and a 5 year old. This is the best pitch we have made in a long time. It works great and switches between carpet and hardwood with ease!
