Putting it together wasn't simple, but I got it done. It seems awkward to maneuver, it seems like the handle might break, and so on. It has great suction, but that makes it even harder to push around. But I got it at a deep discount, like, half price. My first two Dyson's were wonderful, but they weren't "the ball" style. I'll keep it though. Can't say I'd recommend it, but I think it's an old style so not too popular anyway.

I'm happy to inform you that Dyson does include instructions in the box with your machine outlining how to complete the minimal assembly required with your machine. We also offer a quick start card on the machine itself, as well as have quick start videos available on the Dyson website. We also do make ourselves available to assist if ever needed, including our helpline contact info directly on our machines.
The Dyson Ball Animal features Dyson ball technology, which allows for easy navigation with the turn of a wrist. The cleaner head on this machine is self-adjusting, meaning that it raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floors. Ultimately, the machine being hard to push will likely be the result of suction forming an air tight seal between the cleaner head and the floor.
While we don't expect issues to occur, Dyson does back your new machine from an authorized retailer with a free 5-year guarantee.
