Once for the motor catching fire when it was all clear and well maintained. Another time for the roller stopping after only the SECOND use on the replacement vacuum. I love this vacuum when it's working.................

I do not like how the hose collapses when using it, I don't like that I have to keep pushing the power button to turn it on/off and I don't like how it takes a few times to put it in lock in the standing position.
