Best vacuum we ever purchased. Easy to use and excellent suction . A+!

The grip on the vacuum and the fact that I don't have to change vacuum bags is great! The suction power is good and my carpet looks as clean as when I first got my apartment.

Nice and lightweight from the original vacuums. It needs more attachment locations.

Amazed at how much dirt our carpets hold. Not only does it do well to suck up all the dog hair my dog sheds all else that lay beneath. I enjoy the ease of disconnecting the vacuum head to cut off the hair that inevitably finds its way wrapped around the brush. Easy to empty. Cons: it's a little heavy and the detachable handle for spot or specialty cleaning is somewhat clunky.

I was looking for a good reliable vacuum cleaner. Best Buy advertised the Dyson Ball Animal Upright on sale for a great price. I made the purchase on the Best Buy website and it was an easy transaction. The vacuum has been great….excellent suction that picks up dog and cat hair and keeps the house clean. I am very satisfied with this product and wish I had mad3 this purchase long ago.

I have used many different versions of vacuums, but this one takes the cake. It has great suction, that throughly cleans deep down. The onboard attachments are handy work very well, without the hassle.

Go for it! It's the best vaccum I ever had! Works on carpet, wooden floor and tile perfectly. The best is I was able to vacuum all my stairs without moving the machine on to the stairs. I would definetly recommend this product!

I needed a vacuum for a smaller area that has good suction without being too bulky. This vacuum was just what I needed. For a smaller vacuum it has very good suction. This vacuum works so much better than the compact ball model.

It is a good Vacuum. It has good accessories. The staircase tool is very handy to clean the staircase. Only problem is I bought Dyson which is 17.5 lb. That is little heavy to carry over the stairs. I suggest to go for 11.5lb one which has little smaller dust canister.

I bought this to replace my DC25 animal vacuum. That one lasted for 10+ years. This one, has good suction as well, but i dislike the fact that it it doesn't stay locked in the upright position when trying to roll on its back wheels. Any bump will cause the roller end to come down, like it is when you actually vacuum. Bought it on sale, would have been disappointed if i paid full price.

The power is delivered as promised!! You can feel the difference on the carpet. As per the past other reviews, they are right. The vacume is heavy. They made the hand access to the hose really tough.

This vacuum is awesome. It pulls everything from the bottom of the carpet up. I don't feel anything after I vacuum like lose dirt or dust. Its easy to use and it reaches high places like window blinds. Glad I got it.

works great, suction is better than the Hoover we replaced, the longer cord makes it easier for our home. I can't believe how easy it is to clean the canister. No more vacuum cleaner bags!

So this is a Dyson, so it's ability to clean is amazing. However, Dysn tries to be a little too clever with the various features and gimmicks in their products. This vacuum is way harder to use than it should be; a lot of its functions simply are not intuitive. I've had other brands, and they clean almost as well but not quite... but they are WAY easier to use. The Shark vacuums are aboutt he easiest to use anywhere. Hey Dyson - you can do better than this. I'm an engineer, and your vacuum isn't easy to use. I'm sure you have frustrated owners out there. The main reason I even bought this was it was a $500 vacuum on special sale for $250. I'd be mad if I had paid more than that.

I had to say that as my opening line because it's just an awesome pun. Jokes aside. I have two things: Animals and asthma (because of the animals). I love the animals so they're not going away. I've also heard great things about Dyson, and since this unit was on sale, it seemed like a good time to buy up. This unit was easy to assemble and does not disappoint. It is probably one of the best vacuums I've used in my home. The constant shedding from dog and cat is enough of a test, and Dyson has proven itself worthy. The only thing I would improve is to give it a cord rewind function. Not a must have, but a nice-to-have. Definitely worth it.

My Shark Navigator started going down hill.. I have always wanted a Dyson so I jumped on this one when it was on sale. So glad I did!! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats -- this vaccuum picks up everything. It also doesnt shoot the debris all over the tile like my Shark did.. It actually sucks it up. Love that the filters are washable.

Bought this vacuum because it was on sale for a great price! Very happy with this vacuum! Suction is very powerful! So easy to control! Very happy with this vacuum!

Vaccumed the house with our old vaccum right before using this for the first time, it FILLED with sand, dirt and hair, clearly this thing has power where others don't. My only gripe is a lot of very important parts of this vacuum are plastic, there's a little latch that holds both half's of the vacuum together, and even that is plastic, they should go with metal or thick aluminum. oh and they could make the arm attachment tube better, if you try using it for something very close to the vacuum u will probably tip it over, its not very bendy at close range.

This vacuum cleaner is a MUST if you have pets that shed. It's a workhorse that clears pet hair from every flooring surface without a trace, hardwood or carpet. No bags to purchase, empty the cartridge when full. No filters to replace, just remove, wash and put back into the machine. This is the second vacuum of this type that I have purchased. This one was a gift. My first, purchased 10 years ago is still going strong. Can't recommend more highly, you will not be disappointed with product quality or performance should you decide this is the machine for you.
