Insanely good vacuum cleaner. Worth the price especially when you can get it on sale. Best Buy will put them on sale often so keep a eye out for sales. I have never had a vacuum cleaner as powerful as this.

Nothing is better then a Dyson upright vacuum. Well worth spending a little extra money. . Do enough research and find a great deal!! It's very easy to maintain. And works well with dog hair.

after a year, this vaccum is not working properly

I really like this machine for its ability to clean stairs, cars, etc. The only issue we have is that after a while, it cuts off and I assume its because it gets overheated. It does get really hot and after it cools off, it runs perfectly again.

The amount of dirt this gets out of our carpet is insane. We had a Shark vacuum we thought worked well before, but this puts it to shame. We're going to need more than two dogs to challenge this thing.

Awesome vacuum that picked up so much dust that had settled into the carpet after a dust storm. Combined this with a room air filtration system and my allergies are kept to a minimum.

A week into using this vacuum the suction started having issues.

This a great vacuum, expecially if you have pets. Thought our Kirby was doing a good job, not, this thing does a fantastic job. Additionally, got it for almost $200 off. Took awhile to operate it but is fine now.

Wouldn’t buy again because it’s hard to push and gets plugged up.

Overall the product has been satisfactory so far. No difficulty assembling and using. Easy to carry...not that heavy.

I returned this vacuum. This was vacuum was so heavy to push and I am very disappointed with Dyson. I bought the Shark and am much happier.

I had always wanted a Dyson vacuum cleaner since they are touted to be the best. I finally bought this machine and had high expectations for it. It is NOT user friendly, and every feature is complicated and difficult to access. The wand won’t bend to clean baseboards and corners, the waste bin is difficult to detach from the machine and messy to empty. The body is difficult to put in an upright position, and the on board tools are awkward to detach from the body. One tool came off and I never figured out how to put it back on. The wand broke and I am currently waiting for a replacement. I would love to throw it in the garbage, but it was too expensive for that. I would have rated this product zero stars if it were an option.

Really very capable in picking up the dirt. Especially like the little hair pickup attachment, although I wish that it was wider to allow for fewer passes to cover an area.

Love the sale, can’t believe that it works that well. Still price even with the sale but worth every penny. Just wish when you use the detachment was more user friendly.

I wish I bought this sooner! We all have dust allergies in our home and I highly recommend this vacuum. I highly recommend this item and will always buy dyson now!

Worst Dyson vacuum ever! I was able to purchase this item when it was in sale saving $200 however I don’t think it’s worth what I posts. I’m actually shocked that this vacuum had the Dyson name on it.

So far so good. Vacuum feels like it's not very durable but that's because the connection between the handle and the ball seems fragile. No problems yet. It maneuvers well and is pretty lightweight.

Finally decided to splurge and get a Dyson, it is worth it! Cuts time in half just by how efficient it is. I look forward to vaccuming just to try it out.
