Also, the hose is awkward to use because it angles upwards and you have to bend it to get small spaces (still doesn’t suck very well). It also gets caught on carpets easily/pulls out cheap carpet. Wish I got a shark

Over time, it is normal for machines to lose suction, if not properly maintained.
