This vacuum is an excellent vacuum! It has a lot of power and suction. I would recommend it to everyone. Best Buy beat Costco's price.

This vacuum is amazing. It literally fits under everything and has the suction power of an Asian Elephant. Great!!

I really love this vacuum. It is very helpful to keep house in order with my siberian husky. With extra attachments I am able to clean every corner in my house.

When we got this item, we were amazed on how well it worked. It assembled quickly and came with 7 attachments, which all have their own function. Only problem is that we were holding it by the handle to vacuum steps (even though it comes with a step cleaner attachment) and the handle is nothing more than a soft plastic. It bowed in half and when we tried to use the regular vacuum, the beater brush quit working. We've had it for 5 weeks! Tried fixes on the internet and tried contact local Dyson center but they are closed because of the virus. I did not but this at Best Buy, but at another dealership. So who knows what's going to happen from here?

I love Dyson. This is my second one and i passed my first one onto my granddaughter. I cleaned the filters and wiped it down, looks just like a new one.

This vacuum works great! It seems like it cleans better after each use and the flexibility of the vacuum is fantastic I can get to many different areas.

I really enjoy the dyson vacuum, it replaced my old dyson that ive had for the past 10 years. These vaccums are built to last.

First off this vacuum does have great sucking power. But that's where the positives end. It doesn't stay standing up which is annoying and a common issue. It also is poor on hardwood floors and does not suck up anything unless it is on top of it. Also, probably just ours but the handle continuously comes apart from the rest of the unit leaving you holding a handle and the rest of the unit on the floor. This has come down in quality greatly from our previous models and is an embarrassment for dyson. Unfortuinately we wanted to love it and gave it too long to grow on us and we are outside the return period. Not recommended for anyone no matter what the sale price .

This was a wonderful vaccuum but i broke it and was my fault not any manufacturer error. Got the animal 3 even better. Would not choose any other line of vaccuum.

i bought a few of these vacuums around November 2020. they work very good on hardwood and vinyl. There aren’t any headlights which is a feature I miss from the good ole Kirby. The only rugs or carpet it can vacuum are the very thin smooth rugs. it will go over the thick carpet, but it will also suck all the fibers it can from the carpet and since we do not have pets I know it is fibers from the carpet.

It gathers all unwanted small dust and things very well. Much better than my old Dyson.

I've used a Shark for 8 years and love many things about the Shark. I have allergies and found the Shark to be well recommended for people like me which is why I've used the Shark for 8 years. I started to wonder if maybe it was time for a new vacuum since my Shark was 8 years old and I've heard so many positive things about Dyson. The Dyson Big Ball Animal Upright vacuum was on sale for a decent price. Seemed to pick up the dust well from all my various home surfaces, but not more than the Shark normally does. What I DO NOT like. The Big Ball on the vacuum stops the Dyson from going under beds. My Shark goes under them easily because the canister lifts off easily so I DO NOT have to move the beds. With the Dyson, one would have to move the beds or use the tiny attachment that comes with the Dyson. The second time I was ready to sweep the entire house, I ran a test. I swept each room with the Shark first. Then swept with the Dyson. I did that for all 6 rooms in my house. The results, the Dyson did pick up some material from the rugs. The material was mostly brown fiber from my livingroom and hallway carpet, green fibers from my one bedroom carpet, etc. There was very little "dust" in the Dyson canister. I took photos of the contents of each vacuum but they are on my phone, not this computer. I can share them if people wish to see. I think the fine people at Shark would like to see them!~ My plan, return the Dyson and keep using my 8 year old Shark which does not rip fibers out of my carpets.

I think Dyson vacuum is the best. It is to take care of and it does a great job.

I've had this vacuum for a few years and it works really well, but over a year ago it started to smell and everything we tried won't help. Apparently we have to get it professionally cleaned.
