Very powerful, easy to use, no more changing bags. What’s not to like. Makes my job so much easier.

A little disappointed in the material the vacuum is made if as it feels sort of cheap and flimsy, but the way it cleans is better than anything I’ve ever used in my life. If it weren’t for having the Best Buy warranty, I’d probably consider a different brand.

Our last Dyson lasted for 15 years, From the short time we have had the new Ball Animal Upright, this model will be just as great. If you have pets, carpets or hard wood floors, I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

This is my 2nd Dyson. I’ve had it a few months and it cleans just as well as the last one that I had which was the Dyson animal. They are well worth the money!! My last one lasted 12 years!

We have a dog, so dog hair is more places than I'd like it to be. This vacuum does a great job picking up the hair and everything else. I've had a few other vacuums in the past and they didn't seem to pick up the same. I will say this has TWO filters on it, one in the canister, and one kind of in the wheel. You don't think about the one in the wheel but you'll want to take it out and wash it as directed.

1st time Dyson owner. This is a nice, powerful vacuum. Upon assembling it I was concerned on how cheap the parts were. The handle seems too heavy for the clip holding it in the upright position (will fall back on you). Overall it vacuums very well and I am pleased.

Easy to move across carpet! The vacuum sure made my old carpet look a lot newer!! It adjusts easily to different carpet heights and when the brush is activated it basically "pulls" itself across the carpet. So - while the vacuum is "heavy" - once turned on it is not hard to move around. However, I have a large (almost room sized) area rug that is a thick, but short, pile and it won't move across it - even if the beater is disengaged. The pull is so strong it pulls up at the carpet - I have to lay the vacuum back so the head comes just slightly off the floor and then push it. I am going to try and use one of the attachments on the area rug, but have not yet tried it. I have used several of the attachments - once you change from upright to tools a few times it's easy. Yes the hose can pull the machine over - but if you pull the house out (extend it) before going after whatever you've put the attachment on for - I've only pulled the vacuum over once - and that's because I was pretty far away & didn't realize it. Easy to clean cannister but I now take it outside to empty it as there was a lot of fine dust that whooshed out when I emptied it in the kitchen trash. I have not yet washed the filters - which say to wash once per month. I love this vacuum and hope it lasts for YEARS AND YEARS!

I didn't realize how much I needed this vacuum. I have a 12 year old Dyson upright and recently moved into a house with an even blend of hardwood and carpets. This vacuum with the ball pivots on a dime and makes the transition from carpet to hardwood seamless. Dyson makes good products, so its hard to retire the old vacuum, but I seem to reach for this new one every chance i get. I wish I bought it sooner. It's a great purchase.

I have wanted a new vacuum for quite awhile and have had my eyes on this one for a long time. Finally, I was able to purchase it at a great price and jumped on it. I love it! It has great power and I love being bag less at last. I have allergies to dust mites and I bought the extra attachments and they are game changers for my home dust control!

Coming from a battery powered vacuum that did ok, this is amazing. Originally just had my roomba going every other day and i assumed my carpets were clean. After one pass through with this the bin was almost full.

I was looking for a vaccum cleaner which works for floor and carpet, and this Dyson beast does both so amazing. Having called it a beast, it is slightly heavy to manuveur. But what it does is exactly what you want.

Wow. This thing SUCKS!!! Every time I use this vacuum, it simply blows me away how much it sucks. If you're ready for a vacuum that really, really sucks, the Dyson is for you. 10/10.

What can I say..... The name speaks for itself. This is not my first Dyson nor will it be my last. Excellent vacuum with great suction for multiple surfaces. This vacuum is easy to use. It also comes with great attachments.

It works fine now, we'll see how it is in 6-8 years. For a vacuum that expensive I expect a lot. It seems to do the hard floors fairly well. It can't seem to pick up the hay, but that is because it is so suctioned to the floor I think. If you lift it a bit it will suck it up. It doesn't do well with fallen leaves if you suck them up through the normal vacuum part, they get stuck in the base. If you use the wand it seems fine. It does pick up a lot more hair and dirt than my previous vacuum did, however it was quite old and I paid much less for that one.
