A heavy vacuum and it does a great job of getting dirt and hair off of hard floors and carpet.

Great suction, very easy to use. I gave it a 4 star because I wish the hose was longer or had a longer attachment.

great suction, ball feature is nice. The suction can be too much on dense carpets and area rugs, can be very frustrating. Called support and they told me to pull the gasket out of the roller head to reduce the suction slightly. that helped but you still have to work harder to do things that were easier with the older version. Seems like the engineers are working hard to make changes but need to listen to users more. you can get used to it and for hard floors it is ideal.

This is my 3rd Dyson and I consider the Dyson vacuum to be the best there is. The Animal Bagless vacuum is great for getting up animal hair as well as all other dust particles, etc. This vacuum has great suction. I will continue to buy this vacuum as long as necessary. I purchased this vacuum for our church as I know it's the best.

Purchased a Dyson in 2003, and still use it. Pretty sure this vacuum will be the same, already showing the newer vacuum works like a champ.

This is Our Second Dyson Animal and Our First that is a Ball. Great Maneuvering and Easy to Use. Simple to Put Together. We don't have a Pet at the Moment, I am Hoping soon for a Puppy. Our First Dyson Animal Work Amazing on Pet Hair, I am Looking Forward to Seeing How the New Technology will Eliminate it.

I have never owned an "expensive" vacuum before but when I saw the deal on this one, I knew I had to get it. I vaccumed my all my floors with my old vaccum and then I went over them with the Dyson and I couldn't believe how much more the Dyson was able to suck up. It was actually disturbing. It glides incredibly easy from carpet to hardwood & tile. So glad I decided to purchase.

Another Deal of the Day. I believe I the price was very good. Buying was easy and fast. It arrived a day early (4 days). Assembly was simple. I've only used it once and it appears to work well - lots of suction; the ball turning features is good; runs smoothly; cleans the floor. The real test will be how well it works after 5-10 years. Dyson has a good reputation - we'll see. My wife likes the lightweight feature.

After 10 years of operation, I treated myself to a brand new Dyson ball animal upright vacuum cleaner. I admit my old one was getting worn out, but I figure after 10 years I got my money's worth. The new one seems much more efficient and has more sucking power. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!

We bought this vacuum when we moved into a new house. We have a dog and cat and let me tell you, it picks up so much dirt and hair and works so good on tile/hardwood. I LOVE this vacuum. Attachments are awesome, the hose is long so I can get to my ceiling fans easily. So worth the money for this purchase!

Been about 2 weeks since I have started to use this vacuum. Definitely very satisfied for the performance. I have mostly carpet in my house and really needed a product that can be of help in keeping my house clean.. tried other vacuums but very satisfied as it picks up tiniest of things!

This thing will suck your like a $5 toothless hooker in Vegas. Dog hair no problem, dust got it. Will literally BLOW your mind.
