My Shark vacuum bit the bullet so we decided to upgrade to this. Always thought my old vacuum did a good job, but it has nothing on this Dyson! Highly recommend.

This was a gray vacuum, mine ended up have a loud squeak but it was replaced right away by Best Buy. But while it worked normally it was. I’m sure the replacement will be great too

My wife had an opportunity to use my sisters' Dyson and was impressed with the performance. Seeing it on sale I picked one up and she really loves it. Very quiet, extremely powerful. She vacuumed rugs already cleaned with our old vacuum and was surprised at how much dirt it gobbled up. They are pricey but perform well. If it will last it will be well worth it.

Suction power is awesome. Overall, unit is heavy T.Y

Nothing satisfied my old soul like the first time i cranked this thing on. Easy to put together and easier to use and clean. Great piece of engineering here.

This is a powerful vacuum cleaner and I am very pleased with it. It replaced my old DC 18.

Great suction, good vacuum. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't go under furniture very well, and when you pull out the wand the hose bends too much when sticking it under furniture. This was what wore out on my old Dyson. I bought a Shark last time, but always missed my Dyson. Ill just try to be careful this time.

I had to return it because the vacuum broke within a year of getting it I do like the vacuum it goes a great job cleaning.

Dyson vacuums are great. I was looking for a strong vacuum to help keep the dirt from building up in my carpet from my boxer and I tracking in after playing outside and this one is perfect.

This vacuum is great. I had cheaper model Dyson from I purchased from Walmart 5 years ago. It also worked great. When I purchased the animal I gave my 5 year old Dyson to my daughter. So far the animal has bee great. Picks up a lit more hair and dirt. Highly recommend.

Great suction solid build. Typical Dyson when locking handle to stand up it doesn't always lock first try. A bit clumsy to maneuver compared to the shark but all around great vacuum.

This vacuum is amazing and well worth the money. I have a gsd and it does wonders picking up her hair ! Definitely will purchase other Dyson products !

Recently moved into my apartment which is 90% carpet and only had a handheld dirt devil. The day i received this I vacuumed about 10 square feet and filled about a quarter of the bin after 2-3 months of not having a vacuum. THIS THING IS AMAZING! One of the biggest things i noticed was the filtered air coming out left NO smell of vacuum or dust, which was perfectly as advertised. The functionality is 10/10 and moving surface to surface is very smooth. I guess my only issue is for a $500 vacuum they offer absolutely no cord management system other than two hooks on the vacuum, you'd just think you'd get more for $500, overall I am completely convinced this thing will last the 10 years they promised, happy to have it a part of our home!

I have a german Shepard/husky mix so this unit gets a lot of usage. It picks up everything i need it to. it is very heavy so be aware of that.

My wife vacuumed just the night before this arrived with our old Dyson. (The little animal) so when this arrived I was excited to run the vacuum to see how much the old one didn’t catch. I was absolutely amazed how much dirt it picked up. You feel the sucking power behind this vacuum! You won’t be disappointed
