Our old Dyson died and this model was on sale. The power cord is longer than our previous model which helps when using.

I have been eyeing this vacuum for sometime now. Well I finally got the nerve to buy it and at a good price. Wow factor is all I can say. This vacuum is so impressive !!! I already had the cordless so I kinda figured this has to be even better.

This Dyson replaced and works better than my 15-year-old Dyson ever did, including still being lightweight and greater vacuum suction!

I recently purchased this vacuum. I am very pleased with it. I ranked it 4 stars instead of 5 because I have not had it long and therefore have not used it for a lengthy period of time. I have 2 large dogs that are indoors and this vacuum impressed me with all the dog hair it picked up. I'm also very impressed with the suction power while using the hose and attachments.

Great product, be sure to clean out the bottom every month.

Works incredibly great. New home with carpet in bedrooms. Was told carpet was cleaned before moving in but had to clear the vacuum bin at least 3 times the first day we got keys. Now every weekend its only half a bin. Totally worth it. Amazing suction and power.

Really like this vacuum. I had thought Dyson products were probably a lot of hype but when my granddaughter got one and loved it, I had to reconsider. When Best Buy ran it on sale I bought one and now I'm a Dyson convert! Really cleans.

Replaced my kenmore canister- I know every new vacuum is awesome. Friend has one for serval years and after seeing it in action knew this would be my next vacuum and deal of the day it really is.

It does have far better suction than any of the vacuums I have owned in the past. But it doesn't come with very good attachments. The crevice tool doesn't reach into the couch cushions. It's frustrating that the brush can't be detached from the crevice tool because it makes it that much harder to use. The hose doesn't extend very well when suction is on which is obviously when it needs to be maneuverable. And often times I find myself having to go over the same area multiple times to pick up 1 thing which isn't very comforting. What else is it missing that I don't see? The big ball prevents you from getting under any furniture. But on the bright side it is very easy to maneuver the vacuum it's self. It is somewhat self propelled. It does pick up far more than my last vacuum which was a hoover wind tunnel. It works pretty well on hard floors as long as the brush is turned off. But it isn't as great as I would expect for the $. I probably won't waste the money on another one when this one reaches the end of its life.

Can go wrong with Dyson Animal. It is a real beast when it comes to picking up hair and keeping our carpets clean. Love the thoughtful features like washable filter, extra long cord, on-board attachments, and body style.

I always love Dyson. This is my second. The only down is there is no adjusting the height. It says it auto does it but unless you have really short carpet or matted down carpet by the end you will be using both arms. On the flip side builds muscle. Picks up excellent.

I love how this vacuum picks up deep down dirt. It is easy to move across all areas of my home.
