Been using a cordless shark in apartment, tried this animal and it was like it steam cleaned carpet, carpet felt really warm where I vacuumed, I wish on lower setting it would do my fluffy area rug but it’s just too powerful!

Bought this Dyson for my wife, she loves it. Great performance & upgrade from Bissell.

Had this Dyson for a few weeks now and I really like it. It is VERY quiet and has GREAT suction power. The maneuverability is awesome. Has a wide range of useful tools that are available making this a truely complete cleaning system.

I own several vacuums, from Orecks, 3 Dysons , a central system and this far surpasses the suction of all of them combined. I gave it only 4 stars because you really have to put your muscle into maneuvering it, especially on very short shag rugs.

It has great power to vacuum and the plus point is its bagless, very easy to empty the bin, no extra cost for the bag. It's a little heavy so it gets harder to vacuum after a while and I vacuum every day at home because of my dog who sheds really bad... great power for a vacuum, heavier than other vacuums.

Very easy to maneuver. Powerful suction. It has a very long extension hose for the attachments. Also has a long power card which I like. A pleasure to use. Got a great price on sale too.

Only used it once so far but did a better job than our previous vacuum. So far so good

I was impressed on how much debris it picks up. It’s a little heavy but you get used to the weight and the handling. And actually, maneuvers very well.

This vacuum works great in my home with two labs. Easy to maneuver. Hose is very powerful and really gets the dust along the edge of the wall in one pass. A little awkward getting it set in the standing position and releasing it to use. I would prefer a release button.

This is my second Dyson vacuum purchase. My first one is ten years old and still works great. When I saw the Deal of the Day for this Dyson, I knew the price couldn’t be beat and bought another to have for each floor of the house.

Dyson Vacuum does everything advertised to do. Hope it continues to work as well as the first day I bought it. Excellent BB Rep helped me navigate website to purchase online and was delivered to my front door within two (2) days.

We had a functioning vacuum cleaner but knew there must have been a better one. We found that in the Dyson Animal Bagless Vacuum. Mind you, we have no pets. We wanted a light-weight, strong suction machine that was easy to use and that's what we bought.

Best Buy had a 6 hour flash sale and included this vacuum for $200. I had never seen it that cheap so I bought it. Very happy with the performance. I have 2 long-haired dogs so I vacuum a lot.

I bought this vacuum because we have a medium sized dog that sheds....A LOT! Every time I use this vacuum, I am baffled by the amount of hair I pick up (to include the dogs, my boyfriend's, my daughter's and my own). This particular vacuum has saved me a lot of time and I was definitely worth the price--especially now that we added a second pup to our mix. It picks up everything well, self-adjusts to the flooring type and has an easy-to-use canister to hold all the yuck! The only downfall I have seen lays in the extension hoses--they are so new that they are very tough to pull on and use--something that will likely change after we have it for a few more months or so...

The vacuum is as good as advertised! The suction is great and you can easily transition from hardwood floors to carpet. Would definitely recommend!

I had my first dyson, a canister about 5 yrs ago, we have a 5000 sq foot home and two Saint Bernard Dogs (long hair) a shizapoo and a pit bull. I then got the first animal, it was good, heavy but good. I thought that was the best vacuume until it fried and I had to get a new one. I bought the new dyson ball-and used it for the first time on the white carpet that I had just vacuumed with the canister. I picked up a whole container of dirt. My carpet turned what looked like 2-3 shades whiter and I couldn't believe how easy it was to maneuver under the cherrywood kitchen and bath cabinets with the head being flat. I love it and want to buy one for all my kids as a housewarming gift, as each one moves out. Its expensive, but worth it. Also, the apartment size model has just come down to 250... a real value for an appliance that will give you 5 years of hard service.

Heavy and the hose is a nightmare but has excellent suction.

I have one cat and I was using a small bag less vacuum that wasn't getting the job done. This vacuum picked up so much dirt and dusts I was amazed. This is the best money I've spent in a long time. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets.

we bought two of these, one for up and the other for down stairs, they work great! Easy to operate and light to move around. They do a good job with our Golden's dog hair as well.
