Works great. Sucked up a ton of dirt after we had just had our carpet cleaned 2 months ago. with just my wife and I living at home. I would definitely recommend even though it is a little pricey

This is the best vacuum we have owned,, compared to Precum and Hoover.. The suck toon power is great and my wife thinks are carpet is actually looking better because of all the dirt it takes out of the carpet.

Had a Hoover bagless. I thought it did a good job, but was I mistaken. This Dyson filled its canister in no time. Love it. Light. Easy to assemble and clean. Only thing cord not retractable, otherwise perfect.

I finally decided to upgrade to a Dyson after my Shark Navigator Vacuum died on me after 4 years. $500 vs $250. The Dyson suction is very powerful and you could really tell a difference but in terms of size and maneuverability, it made no difference from the Shark. Both are heavy and I never use the detachable pieces. I do not regret buying it because I know it'll be making good use out of it in the years to come.

I was really impressed with how much deep down dirt this vacuum pulled out of the rugs. Not all attachments fit on the vacuum (only 2 of the 6) and trying to really clean out the inside for the vacuum would require sending it in.

Love this vacuum! Does a great job picking up pet hair from two golden retrievers. Very maneuverable. Like the visible dirt collection area—seems oddly rewarding to see all the dirt the vacuum collected; then I empty it and give it another pass through to see if more was picked up. Tools are improved from the Animal model we bought about 4 years ago. The hose broke on that one, and the service plan we purchased got us this replacement. The new brush attachment tool is a better angle for reaching the corners of the ceiling. No complaints whatsoever about this vacuum.

Love this, and wonder how I lived so long without one. Only drawback is the wand is not as easy to use as I would have hoped. But the thing really cleans!!!! Super quick shipping, and box was undamaged!

Cons- Dirt likes to cling to all the plastic pieces of the vacuum even the outside and the ball. making it dirty to the touch. When emptying the bin dirt will also cling to the outside of the bin. for a $500 machine you would figure that should not be an issue. Pros-vacuums well it is powerful and suction is good. cord length is good. Overall- like how to clean my carpet is but, annoyed of how dirty the product gets after the first time use. may find a better product to fit my needs.

We’ve had several Dyson products but the latest Dyson Ball animal exceeds any vac we’ve ever had. Bravo on the product and the delivery, which was prompt and very economical.

This pulls up so much dirt it's crazy to see how much it gets after I used my previous/old vacuum. So easy to maneuver! And it was super easy to put it together no tools required!

This is easily the best vacuum I have owned. It is very powerful and doesn't seem to lose suction. The hose is a little cumbersome but serves its purpose.

I've been wanting a dyson vacuum cleaner for awhile. This is the best. Easy to maneuver, suction is the best especially since I have a long-haired, always shedding dog. Very happy.

Very powerful vacuum.. I always wanted a Dyson and did a lot of research on which was the most powerful this model meets up to all the expectations. Have had approximately three months and no issues yet

If you're looking for a vacuum that truly sucks this is it ! After going through many vacuums over the years this one is the best we've had. The biggest down fall is it sucks to well and becomes hard to move across thick and shaggy area rugs or floor mats.
