I bought this Ball Animal Upright Vacuum on Deal of the Day for $349. This vacuum is powerful and efficient. The maneuverability is excellent and I like the extra long power cord. I had an older orange ball vacuum, and the cord was disappointingly short. I'm really happy with this new vacuum, and getting it on DOTD made it even better!

I finally decided to upgrade to a Dyson after my Shark Navigator Vacuum died on me after 4 years. $500 vs $250. The Dyson suction is very powerful and you could really tell a difference but in terms of size and maneuverability, it made no difference from the Shark. Both are heavy and I never use the detachable pieces. I do not regret buying it because I know it'll be making good use out of it in the years to come.

Incredible vacuum power and easy to use. Feels a little cheap, however due to the amount of plastic parts. Best feature is the bagless reservoir, removal and emptying. Attachments are a little tricky and the vacuum hose is not long enough when using the attachments.

Works great. Sucked up a ton of dirt after we had just had our carpet cleaned 2 months ago. with just my wife and I living at home. I would definitely recommend even though it is a little pricey

This is our second dyson and it’s great. our first one was for our business and we like it so much We decided To get one for our home. It’s very powerful and cleans welll.

The Dyson Animal has done such a great job with our carpet. After using a vacuum that was not getting the job done, once we started using the Dyson, our carpet has looked much better. Very happy with this purchase.

Its by far the best vacuum i have ever owned. This is my second one. My first one still works after years but the extension hose is broken. Works better than the first one. You'll be amazed at what it picks up.

Love this vacuum! Does a great job picking up pet hair from two golden retrievers. Very maneuverable. Like the visible dirt collection area—seems oddly rewarding to see all the dirt the vacuum collected; then I empty it and give it another pass through to see if more was picked up. Tools are improved from the Animal model we bought about 4 years ago. The hose broke on that one, and the service plan we purchased got us this replacement. The new brush attachment tool is a better angle for reaching the corners of the ceiling. No complaints whatsoever about this vacuum.

I have always wanted to purchase a Dyson vacuum cleaner but never had due to the high cost. I was afforded the opportunity to purchase this model at a deep discounted price. Vacuum works great, I have 2 dogs and 3 cats it picks up the fur well. I'm a little disappointed in the design, it seems rather fragile and flimsy as far as vacuum cleaners go. Also do not like the fact that it does not have a retractable cord, raveling it up every time can be a pain. Would I recommend this vacuum cleaner...only if you have no problem spending a lot of money for the name. I personally love my Bissel just as much and it cost a heck of a lot less. Would I purchase it again no.

I have heard nothing but good reviews from everywhere about Dyson vacuums . Their suction power is generally higher than other comparable models and the design is very flexible . Go for it

Love this, and wonder how I lived so long without one. Only drawback is the wand is not as easy to use as I would have hoped. But the thing really cleans!!!! Super quick shipping, and box was undamaged!

Cons- Dirt likes to cling to all the plastic pieces of the vacuum even the outside and the ball. making it dirty to the touch. When emptying the bin dirt will also cling to the outside of the bin. for a $500 machine you would figure that should not be an issue. Pros-vacuums well it is powerful and suction is good. cord length is good. Overall- like how to clean my carpet is but, annoyed of how dirty the product gets after the first time use. may find a better product to fit my needs.

I was really impressed with how much deep down dirt this vacuum pulled out of the rugs. Not all attachments fit on the vacuum (only 2 of the 6) and trying to really clean out the inside for the vacuum would require sending it in.

We’ve had several Dyson products but the latest Dyson Ball animal exceeds any vac we’ve ever had. Bravo on the product and the delivery, which was prompt and very economical.
