I love this vacuum. We have 2 very large dogs who shed quite a bit. This vacuum has been up for ever challange. Its versatile and not much a hassle at all to move around the house.

I ordered this as a Christmas present for the wife (actually for me since she makes me do the vacuuming). While we had a problem with the one that was delivered (not with Best Buys part), a new one was shipped next day. When we first used it I vacuumed with our old cleaner first then did it again with the new Dyson. I was amazed at how much more it picked up after I had "cleaned" ! I would recommend it to any and everyone who has pets. Very easily assembled and easy to use. Excellent product. I bought this as a 12 days of Christmas sale at a 60% savings but it would have been worth the full price !!

I was lucky to get it for 50% off and it is the best vacuum. Strong suction and easily handles from carpet to floor. Has a long attachment to clean things above and under furniture.

This is the best I have had. Works great transitioning from tile to area rug. Picks up all of my dogs hair with no problem. Easy to assemble and easy to use.

It works great for getting up animal hair and other things on carpet. Has a harder time on hard surfaces though I feel, hence only 4 stars. Seems like I have to go over things more than once to pick it up sometimes. Overall though I really like it!

Dyson is impressive for its mobility and ease of use, offering a premium feel. However, I have concerns about its long-term reliability. Overall, it's a good product, but be sure to clean and maintain it regularly to keep it performing well.

Excellent job picking up everything. Operation takes a little getting used-to compared to conventional upright, but not a problem. Great attachments. Long cord. Picks up much more than my old vacuum.

Purchased this vacuum fo replace a nearly 10 year old Dyson animal. Powerful suction and the ball-design makes it easy to navigate furniture. Highly recommend!

Vac has great suction-more like a shop vac than a regular floor vac. The tools really make the vac work well. The ball helps to make the manuverablity of the vac a cinch.

I had the smaller dyson animal for years loved it. this one came out I thought it was a great price etc but using it is like wrestling a Great Dane it’s heavy sucks the rugs up great suction and with spine issues it’s not user friendly like my little one that I gave away before I tried it. I only used it twice and now using my old shark guess I’m stuck with a dyson that I can’t use or replace unless you’re in good shape don’t recommend

Before making a purchase I did my research and also got recommendation from friend who have pets. I am glad I bought it. Yes, I have to reach in to the canister (sometimes) to remove chunk of dog hair stuck there, but I won't complain about it, since my floor was never so clean ever. This thing "SUCKS" like nothing else. I have an older model of KYRBY that is super heavy, and loose suction like any vacuum with bag. I didn't have any issues with stability of the Dyson vacuum when not in use, I got used to getting it to full upright position right away. Also, absolutely love how great it is on different floor types. Love it! Wish it came with some kind of storage box for tools.
