Nothing beats a Dyson. We have two pets and the vacuum makes cleaning a breeze.

Excellent job picking up everything. Operation takes a little getting used-to compared to conventional upright, but not a problem. Great attachments. Long cord. Picks up much more than my old vacuum.

I had the smaller dyson animal for years loved it. this one came out I thought it was a great price etc but using it is like wrestling a Great Dane it’s heavy sucks the rugs up great suction and with spine issues it’s not user friendly like my little one that I gave away before I tried it. I only used it twice and now using my old shark guess I’m stuck with a dyson that I can’t use or replace unless you’re in good shape don’t recommend

I bought this Dyson based on my positive experience with numerous Dyson products. With 2 dogs, and children with allergies, this was a perfect gift. Needless to say she loves it.

This was a deal of the day and not a refurb either, a really nice vacuum that comes with a lot of extra attachments.

Vac has great suction-more like a shop vac than a regular floor vac. The tools really make the vac work well. The ball helps to make the manuverablity of the vac a cinch.

Bought it mainly for pet hair on furniture. It works great. Minor drawback is the flexibility of the attachment hose but the overall performance makes that no big deal

I bought this for my mom for her house cleaning business and she loves it! Overall this machine is very powerful and does not disappoint.

This is our third purchase of a Dyson vacuum.. love how they work and this one has a longer cord which is nice also

Before making a purchase I did my research and also got recommendation from friend who have pets. I am glad I bought it. Yes, I have to reach in to the canister (sometimes) to remove chunk of dog hair stuck there, but I won't complain about it, since my floor was never so clean ever. This thing "SUCKS" like nothing else. I have an older model of KYRBY that is super heavy, and loose suction like any vacuum with bag. I didn't have any issues with stability of the Dyson vacuum when not in use, I got used to getting it to full upright position right away. Also, absolutely love how great it is on different floor types. Love it! Wish it came with some kind of storage box for tools.

this vac is pulling up so much dirt it makes me wonder how dirty the floor has been for so long. I had a shark lift away that apparently wasn't doing the job previously.

As advertised this vacuum handles pet fur with the greatest of ease! It is a little heavy side however it has been a great addition to our home!

So, I did not believe all the hype over these vacuums because they were just to expensive. Then, I got this one on sale for half off. So, with full intention to return it I literally used my vacuum up and down the hallway then went over it again with the Dyson...I can't believe how much MORE stuff it picked up out of the carpet that my vacuum left behind! It is worth every penny! Now I have to sell my Hoover..lol

For all the hype, this vacuum has some definite flaws. Great suction, but since the floor portion self adjusts, there's no obvious way to set the vacuum for cleaning fragile rugs or the cushion floor mats we have in the kitchen and bath. The first time I tried to go over these mats and even the small throw rugs in front of all our entrances, I realized that this vacuum can't be used. Our Hoover upright can manually adjust to leave those lighter floor coverings on the floor, rather than stuck in the beater bar. This vacuum is quite heavy to use, as it seems the chamber/canister is supported by the user, rather than well balanced over the wheels. By the way, the design of the cyclonic, bagless dust bin is nearly identical to the system on our Hoover, (at half the cost.) Same size motor as the Hoover too. From the published photos, we thought this vacuum's hose and attachments would be far better than our existing vacuum, but the have the exact same issues. The hose is very short and the extension tubes fit down inside the dusty hose. So, if your current vacuum works, save your money! Seriously overpriced and heavy doesn't make it better.
