Dyson Animal vacuum

I have no regrets at all. The new style is easier to use and the suction is incredible. I will stick with Dyson in the future when the need arises

Thats where it ends. I hate everything thing else about it. It hard to maneuver and I have hard floors so it should be easy. I dislike the extention tool that goes down into the hose. The HOSE IS AWEFUL! Its so hard to pull on when reaching anything at all even close to you. The suction stops when you bend the hose at the connection with the attached extension tool. It falls over and doesn't want to move with me and its heavy to pick it back up. I want to stay with Dyson but I’m going to have to try a different one.

I dislike the ball gets hot and it’s very loud. I also dislike the way it releases. You have to jerk the handle. I am thinking about calling Dyson to get my money back.

The ball should not get too warm, or even hot to the touch while the machine is in use. You will feel warmth from this area of the machine, as the motor and its components do sit so close to the floor.
