Very pleased with this purchase, The performance is great. Never realized my old vacuum left so much dirt behind.

We had a Dyson for 10+ years before it finally died, decided to try a cheaper model (Hoover) and was not worth it....at all. It died in less than 8 months. Won't ever move away from the Dyson again...we absolutely love it and the roller ball makes maneuvering it so effortless! Not to mention their support staff and warranty are great...on our old vaccuum they sent us a new container, rollers, and belts for free even though it was out of warranty by about a year! I highly recommend!

Vacuum works great on floors and carpets. It picks up fine pieces on floors.

This vacuum picks up everything that my old vacuum didn't. It has a strong suction and I like that there are no bags.

Lots of suction but gets hot. Good on the wood floors and larger area rugs. Not great for smaller rugs. Floors definitely feel cleaner.

I had my first Dyson Animal for 8 years. When it died I purchased another Dyson but the less expensive yellow one to save money. Tried it once and returned it the following day. The moral of the story is don’t be a cheap skate like me, just go ahead and do yourself a favor and get something that does the job and lasts. My only complaint is the vacuums hose could be easier to put back.

I’m giving this dyson 2 stars only because it has the best suction power I seen in any vacuum I’ve ever owned. Thats where it ends. I hate everything thing else about it. It hard to maneuver and I have hard floors so it should be easy. I dislike the extention tool that goes down into the hose. The HOSE IS AWEFUL! Its so hard to pull on when reaching anything at all even close to you. The suction stops when you bend the hose at the connection with the attached extension tool. It falls over and doesn't want to move with me and its heavy to pick it back up. I want to stay with Dyson but I’m going to have to try a different one.

Vacuum works well as other posts indicate. the price feels a little high but if it lasts a long time so be it. Attachments could be better designed.

I do have to say that my last dyson fell apart but after using my mothers vacuum my dyson is still easier to use.

I have always been a huge fan of Dyson! And when mine went out I didn’t even hesitate to purchase this one! It does great with pets, kids, and everything in between! Definitely would recommend this product!
