I love this vacuum!!! The first time I used I couldn't believe what a horrible job my other vacuum was doing, this Dyson picked up so much hair it had to be emptied twice even though we had just vacuumed the day before.

This thing has some major power. It is a little on the heavier side, but it has a wide path and the ball makes it maneuver easily. My only complaint is that the handle has a tendency of falling over when storing it.

It's a great vacuum cleaner. I love the bagless feature. It's light and cleans up carpet, tile and vinyl floors well.

I had my first Dyson Animal for 8 years. When it died I purchased another Dyson but the less expensive yellow one to save money. Tried it once and returned it the following day. The moral of the story is don’t be a cheap skate like me, just go ahead and do yourself a favor and get something that does the job and lasts. My only complaint is the vacuums hose could be easier to put back.

We had a Dyson for 10+ years before it finally died, decided to try a cheaper model (Hoover) and was not worth it....at all. It died in less than 8 months. Won't ever move away from the Dyson again...we absolutely love it and the roller ball makes maneuvering it so effortless! Not to mention their support staff and warranty are great...on our old vaccuum they sent us a new container, rollers, and belts for free even though it was out of warranty by about a year! I highly recommend!

Very pleased with this purchase, The performance is great. Never realized my old vacuum left so much dirt behind.
