This thing sucks... In a good way

This vacuum is replacing a much older model and the difference between the two couldn't be more apparent. My carpets are much cleaner and I'm thrilled/appalled by how much dirt is consistently removed. The only negative regarding this machine is its upward locking mechanism. I worry that over time I'm going to snap the handle off the motor. Wish Dyson's engineers could've invested more time refining an otherwise great machine.

Waited TOO LONG to Buy One, It's Amazing!

I have rugs on wood so it's a seamless transition. The suction is fantastic, and makes my rugs look brand new!

I attempted to switch to another name brand and the item was damaged inside the unopened box. Was not even interested in giving them a second chance.
