I attempted to switch to another name brand and the item was damaged inside the unopened box. Was not even interested in giving them a second chance.

Replaced a 12yeqr old Dyson

Went with The Dyson. It has a lot stronger suction then my previous Dyson and works great. It’s a little heavy but glad I got it

Best suction out there on mass market

Eventually the beater bar stopped spinning and we couldn't fix it. I picked this up as a replacement. Its basically identical to what I used to have. Suction is amazing. I had one of the better Sharks for backup, and there isn't really a comparison regardless of what ads may tell you. Dyson is worth every penny if you can afford it. It pulls from the bottom of the carpet. My canister is full before I even finish my living room. Lets just say there is a reason why Dyson costs more than most of its competitors.
