I had no idea how much hair our old Dyson was missing. Crazy. So yeah, very pleased with the performance. The way it locks and unlocks out of its upright position takes a little getting use to. Seems kinda chinsey. Because of this design you must pick up and carry it on carpet when not in use. Loss of star because of this.

I have 2 dogs and one cat and boy do they shed hair ! Dyson does the job . I have tried many vacuums and so far im really happy with this purchase

Suction is very strong....on both hard floors and carpet. Believe this to be a good value as we bought ours at a heavily reduced price.

New vaccuum

However, the cord on it is pretty long. Easy to manuever and light to carry. Suction power is not bad. Still trying to get used to after using my kirby for years.

The only negative is you need to read all directions. Especially the note is to not run over the cord. She did and it did damage the cord.

Advertiment also makes it look like its made out of high end materials but its juat plastic. Other than that the technology is there and cleans better than any other vacuum ive had

I have three dogs who shed all the time. I have a very large yard that kids run in and out of. This vacuum handles everything in one pass! Our minds were blown! This has exceeded my expectations! The cord is super long too! I mean, they really know vacuums!
