Very good item for my home And easy to use for my wife

Best vacuum we ever had, and the price could not be beat.

My mom has wanted one for a long time but she could never break down to spend so much on a vacuum. When I saw it on clearance a week before Mothers Day I knew exactly what to get her.

Love this vacuum! I had vacuumed before with my old vacuum and then with this! It was amazing!! The container was full when I was finished!! Easy to go. Under the beds!!’

This works much better than our previous other brand vacuum. With a 85 lb dog in the house we needed help staying on top of the dog hair. In the two years we lost an attachment, and I think this is because the attachments don't clip onto the vacuum for storage. Bought it when it was the Deal of the Day.

Super Powerful vaccum and very easy to use, this is our 3rd one, the one issue is it breaks down after 2 - 3 years and there is no fixing it.

Works good and is easy to handle, but some of the latches and plastic doesn't last as long as it should.

This vacuum has great suction, but if you're expecting your vacuum to last more than 2 to 3 years then don't buy this because it is made from cheap plastics. I've had this vacuum for just over 2 1/2 years and thought it was really great. I use it for about 2 hours per week, so less than 300 hours of total use time. Just noticed this week the whole lower duct assembly has cracked rendering the vacuum completely unusable. This cracking has occurred due to the step in the owner's manual showing you have to bend the vacuum forward in order to get it to lock into the upright position. This forward bending motion puts a lot of stress on the cheaply made plastic connection near the ball. I don't care if Dyson said it is made from the same material in riot gear, and tested for 50,000 hours. It's a poorly designed part subjected to a lot of stress when attempting to lock the vacuum in the upright position. I have contacted Dyson and they are sending me a part to fix the vacuum, but if it's the same cheap junk, I can see it breaking again in another 2 to 3 years. I expect a vacuum cleaner to last a lot longer than 2 years, given the price paid for a Dyson. Dyson really needs to step up and make these parts that are subjected to stresses much more robust. Even when new the handle part of the vacuum seems rather flimsy. I will not be recommending to anyone to purchase a Dyson. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Amazing vacuum, heavy duty, works on floors, tiles, rugs, carpets. Also love that the filters are reusable and you can hand wash or rinse them. Product video makes assembling and use easy.
