My home has all hard floors, either tile or wood and with 3 dogs and 3 cats, managing the hair was pretty hard. After checking other reviews, we decided to give this vacuum a go. It picks up all of the hair, with no build up on the brush. Extremely maneuverable and light, would recommend to anyone with pets.

Dyson! The 'Apple' of the vacuum world! Very High Quality vacuum, have had zero problems thus far. Has a great warranty so if something does go wrong, Dyson will fix it.

Amazing price for a dyson. Only complaint is that it falls down a lot! Suction is amazing and carpets look brand new.

Dyson animal. Got it as a replacement for an older model. It is absolutely what I expected and is much more mobile than the DC 21 it replaced. A combination of Black Friday prices and some BB bucks made it a no brainer! Very pleased!

We LOVE this vacuum. We have 5 pets so keeping up with all of their fur is a constant challenge. Half of our flooring is carpet and the other half is laminate but this thing handles both without a problem. It's super easy to change from carpet mode to hard floors mode. Also, if you have ever struggled trying to use a vacuum hose to vacuum your stairs, you NEED this. The hose is very long and stretch and I was able to get our entire staircase while leaving the vacuum at the bottom.

This is the most powerful vacuum I have ever had and it glides over surface changes with ease. The "BALL" makes it very maneuverable, and the wand system is an improvement over previous models. Making it stand upright is a little tricky, but that is a minor problem compared to the all its' advantages!

I like the floor tool, but did have to remove part of the seal before I could use it on area rugs as the suction was so strong it just sucked up the rug and then quit. The stair tool doesn't work very well and is hard to maneuver, gave me a back ache. It does a good job getting pet hair up.

bought one of these over 10 years ago. When my daughter moved out and needed a vacuum, I purchased a new one, same exact model and gave her the old one. We are both very happy!

No issues on use, cleans the floors as it should, maneavers with ease.
