Lightweight. Great suction. Easy to use. Easy to rid container of dirt.

For once sucking is a good thing. It is a wonderful tool to keep pet hair off the floors.

I have heard nothing but good things about this vacuum. There was such a good deal on it that I could not pass it up. I have not used it yet because it for a new home. I will add feedback to this once I use the appliance.

This is our 3rd Dyson. These vacuums are the best for all surfaces.

Have been struggling with other vacuums. They wouldn't pick up things, or break down after few uses. This vacuum is excellent use. best I ever used.

it's lightweight and flexible.. but not used to the rolling ability coming from a heavy non flexable vacuum.. i wouldn't pay 500 for this dyson animal version, but the deal of the day pricing gave me an affordable opportunity..

Second Dyson animal I have owned and I love the enhancements between the two versions.

Vacuum is excellent. First Dyson we have purchased and are hooked. It is easy to use on our carpets and our hard floor surfaces. Seems to pick up alot of debris and "hidden" dirt from deep in the fibers.

Bought it deeply discounted. Would have been disappointed at full price. Feels less robust than previous generations and the upright locking mechanism is a little janky and unreliable. Would not buy again at full price.

It really sucks up well, almost too well. I can't use it on small area rugs because it sucks them up and they get caught, which never happened with my hover pet vacuum. I don't like the way the hose is attached to the handle area, its very weak and the rubber there has already bent and got caught in itself. The other thing is there is no release for the main head to do the floors. Its always coming undone and the unit canister section falls to the floor.

This vacuum is fantastic. It is eady to put together, maneuvers well, and cleans great.

Replaced our old animal that lasted 10 years. Overall works well and we like the ball on this model. Item definitely seems more cheaply made than our old one. We will see how it lasts. Overall happy and got a great deal on it!

Here is the real deal with this vacuum. I have the dyson animal cordless, the fan, the blow dryer etc. i’ve always been a huge fan but never owned an upright. Pros… It’s great on my wood floor to pick up pet hair but horrible on thicker carpet it will not push forward. I’ve read many tutorials and I’m not trying to disassemble a vacuum cleaner to stick a piece of pipe in it to make it loose suction so it’ll actually push. So if you have thicker area rugs or thicker carpet don’t waste your money just buy the cordless. Buy a Kirby instead. Yeah I own one of those as well. I’m going to regift this to my mom.

Couldn't believe the difference. Cleaned my carpet for the last time with my older, expensive vacuum, then ran over the carpet with the Dyson. Couldn't believe all the dirt it picked up that my old one had been leaving behind!

I have had many vacuums over the years and it does not get better then this. Great at picking up animal fur best I have ever used I would recommend this vacuum for anyone :)
