    It cleans really well. The only complaints are that the hose kinks when we use it and the vacuum is difficult to turn.

    This is the vacuum I've always dreamed of having. And it does exactly what it is supposed to. It sucks up everything. It works great for pet hair. It's lightweight and looks awesome.

    Assembly was fairly easy and the performance is immaculate, The only thing that bothers me is the composition of the vacuum is made mostly of plastic, but comes with a 5 year warranty parts & labor.

    Great quality vacuum. We had a Dyson before, which lasted about 10 years, so wanted to get another one. This one is great for anyone with pets, as it really does get all the hair up.

    I have never pulled the trigger on an expense like this but after getting a dog the old dirt devil just didn't cut the mustard!! This vacuum is the best hands down!! It sucks dirt out of the crawl space,I swear!!

    This is our second Dyson we've owned and it does a great job on our floors. No bags and easy to clean. Wouldn't buy one at retail but regularly on sale at many retail stores.

    Terrific machine! Our housekeeper loves it. We had a Dyson for 15 years and finally replaced it. Picks up dog hair much better than previous model.

    It’s very strong, cleans really good but it’s heavy. Separating the parts is very hard and the rolling part broke easy.

    You will need this vacuum cleaner if you have an animal in your house that has fur. It cleans beyond your expectations. Best Buy had it on sale for 50% off.

    I run the vacuum over my condo carpets even though I had vacuumed the day before. I could not believe how much dirt it removed from what I thought was clean carpet.

    I bougth the canister vacuum a few years ago and i loved ot so much i bought the upright model. Ir is truly a good investment. Worth the money.

    I have hardwood floors throughout the house. I bought a few rugs and needed a vacuum so I got this Dyson as I have cats/dogs. This thing is wonderful. I hate vacuuming but find myself using this all the time. I use the attachments a lot more than I thought I ever would as well. This vacuum picks up everything.
