Vacuum has been fantastic otherwise .

I absolutely hate the hand attachment, I actually still have my old vacuum just to use the hand attachment on it to clean corners. The attachment is hard it use ,it’s “stick” is to long to get into small place’s, very frustrating. But the vacuum itself rocks, amazing suction , it pulls so much grime off your floors! Overall buy it on sale!! Then you won’t be so annoyed by the hand attachment!!

Pros Got this on discount for my new specious apt. Works well Heavy duty Good to carpets Would last long. Neg Nancies about it. Heavy Noisy ( regular / I still mention as name DYSon could do something about it ) Wired ( wireless is really a dream for sure. They have it but more $ ) I am happy buyer

My last one lasted 8 years I accidentally ran over the cord and Dyson fixed it for free and free shipping. The vacuum has a 5 year warranty. I’ve dealt with their warranty with my last vacuum and their wonderful. The cord is nice and long and I can pretty much cover my house 1400sqft. Picks up tons of dog hair too!
