Great vacuum. Really does a great job picking up the pet hair. Long extension wand for cleaning ceilings, stairs, or furniture. Very satisfied.

It really does suck…but in a good way! Much better suction than our old vacuum. The one downside is the tool automatically kicks on when in the upright position. The bad part about that is it’ll suck your sleeve into it if you’re not careful until you pull the handle down to use it. The ball takes some practice to push around.

I like mine so much i bought another as a gift for my mother.

This is my very first Dyson thanks to the sale Best Buy was having. The sucking from the vacuum works amazing. I hope to have it a long time.

This vacuum works great on all floor surfaces (wood, carpet, tile)! I love being able to see the dirt and empty into the trashcan. Much more reliable than my former upright vacuums.

Great vacuum! My only complaint about this vacuum is that it is hard to push on carpet. Our carpet is short, yet it is difficult to push around. There’s no adjustment to raise or lower the vacuum height.

Our second Dyson ball. Now we can leave one upstairs and downstairs. We really like its function and relatively quiet operation.

Works better than any vacuum I’ve ever had. I do wish it would have as much suction as some reviews claimed. So many folks said they couldn’t even push it across their rugs because it was too powerful. I thought that was a good sign. I was hoping their complaints meant it would suck the dye right out of my wool rug along with any dust.

This is the most powerful vacuum I've ever used. It got stuff out of my carpet that I didn't even know was in there. It's excellent and I highly recommend it.

We made the mistake of getting a less expensive vacuum a couple of years ago and never did like it! This time we decided to just go ahead and purchase a Dyson and have loved it ever since!

This is our second Dyson. The first one lasted 10 years. I love the ball as it makes it easier to turn.

Excellent vacuum, I had a shark vacuum before but this dyson vacuum is great and very powerful. Easy to setup and remove parts.

Love, love love this vacuum cleaner. I thought I was getting up all the dog/cat hair when I vacuumed, until I vacuumed with my old vacuum, then turned around and vacuumed again with my new Dyson Ball Animal. Could not believe how much hair I had missed with my old vacuum! I immediately put the old vacuum in the donate pile!
