The vacuum is great for pet hair, dirt and good on bare floors. The handle is a bit flimsy, but it’s ok cos it hasn’t broken and Eazy to handle.

I got this one on great sale and it works like a champ. This is actually my first Dyson product and I do not think I will go back to any other cheaper brands. Suction is very strong and has features that perfectly suffice my needs. Thanks Dyson!

Love this vacuum! With fur babies it works! We opted for this one over the next level as the only difference was the filter.

Dyson makes a good product. They are expensive items so wait till they go on sale. Very lightweight. Good for stairs and hardwood floors in addition to carpets.

I purchased this Dyson vacuum due to my husband accidentally throwing my old Dyson vacuum in the garbage at our camp (he thought it was the one I wanted to get rid of and grabbed the wrong vacuum). This new vacuum does not work nearly as well as my old version. It seems to be made pretty cheaply as well. I was dissappointed especially being a Dyson product, I always expect quality.

Love love love this vacuum!! With any vacuum picked up any large items/toys off the carpet before vacuum. This vacuum picked up everything even hair. Works excellent on hard wood or titles floors and carpet. Easy to empty.

This vacuum is great. We were not sure if it was worth the money but you get what you pay for. First use, it picked up dirt we didn’t knew existed. Best Buy description says this vacuum includes a multi angle attachment but that is incorrect.

This vacuum suck up a storm. I am always amazed at the amount of dust and debris the vacuum collects. I have to empty the dust collection tank after every use, as it is almost full and I vacuum the house every week.

This vacuum's strength is its greatest problem. The suction is so strong it creates a problem pulling across hi-pile carpet. A lot of drag.

I purchased this for my daughter who has 3-4 dogs at a time in her house. She tells me it really works well and she is liking it.

Great vacuum cleaner, long cord to clean around the house, a little to heavy for me

I thought this was going to be the last vacuum I ever had to buy. Sadly, after 8 months, the beater bar stopped working, so now it can only be used on hard surfaces. With a $400 price tag and the Dyson name, I expected more. Also, the hose attachment is a nightmare to use. The hose is so stiff and wants so badly to recoil that there is no flexibility. The wand (which fits in the hose when in the upright position) is long enough that, when coupled with the stiffness and inflexibility of the hose, you have to stand at least 3 feet away from whatever it is you are trying to vacuum in order to have a shot at getting it to suck up. It's really a shame, as I said, I thought this was going to be some next-level vacuuming.
