    I've had 3 upright Dysons over 20 years. 3 canister Dysons. They all of their job good, but always something breaks. Too many plastic parts. BUT, I've tried inexpensive to supposed high quality, none suck like a Dyson

    Like switch to stop beater bar. Very heavy, harder to move around, but does really good job on cat hair. My Old Dyson DC-7 Animal was lighter and easier to use.
