Got this on deal of the day in January. Or should I say, I ordered and paid for it in January. UPS lost the first one so I had to wait for it to be back in stock to reorder it so I didn’t actually bet it until late February. Glad I paid for the extended warranty although Best Buy’s extended warranties are ludicrously expensive.

Love my Dyson vacuum so much I bought a cordless more portable Dyson to use on my stairs and hard to reach areas. The hose works well but tends to tip over the vacuum if you extend it too much-as every other floor vacuum I’ve owned.

Vacuum cleans great! It does not easily transition from one type of floor to another.

Hard time assembling the product. Otherwise I liked the vacuum cleaner. Easy to maneuver.

Wasn't too sure about the "ball" but after using find that it makes it easier to use.

Over the years I bought many different vaccums and they end up breaking or loose suction. Got this around Christmas and it’s still works well. You have to set it up like any vaccum cleaner but instructions are easy.

Got closeout item. Very good vacuum. Easy to handle. Picks up very well.

I had the V8 Animal stick Vac, when I saw this one come on sale I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try a dyson full size. I have had my shark vac for 3 years and let’s just say I didn’t realize what I wasn’t getting off the floor until this dyson arrived! I am amazed!

Took a couple tries to figure out exactly how it works. Vacuum upright means you can use the attached hose, conveniently sitting in the handle. Take it out of the upright position and the rotating floor brush kicks in. Once I figured out how that worked, all was well.

Purchased the vacuum because of existing vacuum too much effort on new carpet/pad. Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the Dyson to keep above the thick carpet pile. Had to return the vacuum as do not want to fight a machine trying to vacuum a room or house. If you have short pile carpet, the vacuum is awesome

Great vac. I already own one of these plus an older model, but couldn't pass up the Deal of the Day price on this one. Maybe I'll give it as a gift. My kids are brutally hard on vacuums but both my Dysons just keep running.

Absolute beast of a vacuum.. ran old one this this one and picked up twice as much

Love this vacuum and the way it moves around on the floor period practically pulls itself! The only downside is the handle. You pull out the handle to clean something with it and it is a long stick so it is very difficult to get something that you're close to without holding your hand way up in the air .

I had the original Dyson for over 12 years. The hose broke, probably dry rotted. Purchased this new ball system I like. The vacuum is a little flimsy meaning it toppels over easily when using the hose feature because it is a little more light weight at the top.

Power suction, and a very reliable vacuum. I would say great buy.

I got this as a Deal of the Day because it was too good to pass up. The ball design allows the cleaning head to swivel easily around obstacles while cleaning. Bagless with easy to remove/empty/install caninster. Great job cleaning!

This vacuum delivers all it promised. It worked great on my cats hair
