Got it for a great price and so far its been working great. The only complain I have with it is, it does not have a lever or a unlocking mechanism to help it fold. You have to put pressure on it to be able to use it and I feel that over time it wont be able to click back on after many uses.

overall, it should operate more smoothly and last longer for this price. The head is efficient for cleaning big areas quickly. However the tilting ball and arm crackle even when new, and bound to get worse. the head kept coming off.

Works great on wood floors and carpet. Easily the right choice for me.

My wife personally loves this vaccum. We had to return an older one and then they stated the the battery Dyson was better than this one. But upon further evaluation the corded one is much better that the battery. I would recommend this to anyone.

Bought this to replace my 19 year old dyson. Wow! This was fabulous. Very pleased I made the purchase and it was a great daily deal. It was such a great deal when I told my best friend she bought one too!!

Very impressed with our first Dyson, equally impressed with this one! Reluctantly purchased a Shark before this one and there is no comparison. Dyson is much more advanced technology and quality. Very satisfied with Dyson and looking forward to many years of great service.

I love this vacuum we just moved into an apartment and they claimed to have had the carpets cleaned by a professional. We vacuum the rugs and it picked up nasty stuff! It cleans the floors and carpets I love that it is so easy to move around and it is so powerful

This is our 2nd Dyson .. our first 1 lasted 15 years .. it was actually still working but developed a small crack in one of the hoses so it emitted a high-pitched noise that hurt my ears. Finally bought this one to replace 1st one!

I'm so glad I ordered this when Best Buy had it on sale. I think it works better than my previous Dyson. Picks up everything and then some, plus being on the ball it can fit in those smaller spots and it's easier to maneuver. Highly recommend!

I never thought I'd own a Dyson, since they are rather pricey. However, when I saw this one on sale, I couldn't resist! Check out was easy, and it was delivered to my front door with no issues. Thank you, Best Buy! I LOVE my Dyson!

This vacuum works great on all surfaces and moves easily around obstacles. My only complaint is I wish it locked into the upright position more securely. Bump it walking by and it might flop to the floor like Sydney Crosby.

It is pretty heavy and hard to push. Thought the ball will make it easy to turn but not so on the carpet.

I bought this vacuum for the deal of the day while for 199. I will say this the great price for a great pack the pick up Howard is incredible. It picks up so much extra dust that other backing asleep behind! I’m very happy with the purchase.

Thing has power! but too much for carpet. It would barley move with our carpet and when I looked up youtube reviews people suggested to drill holes in a part to air flow could help. I did not want to do that and returned.
