It is a strong vacuum but it's very hard to vacuum with carpet that's a little thick. I found a fix on YouTube and works a lot better. The other problem is it's a bit heavy.

Again South Elgin was supposed to bring this to my car for curbside pickup. No one came. I had to go in my self. Online order.

It is my second Dyson (had the last one for 10 years) and this one is even better than the first one. I have no problem using this Dyson, it is very maneuverable and cleaning the bag less canister is simple.

But nothing beats a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner. Bagless, for all floors, picks up dog hair plus has tools attached to the vacuum. I definitely recommend this vacuum !

This one handles the job like a pro! So far, it's help up well and we are satisfied. We did pay for the 3-year malfunction plan just in case though.

Easy transition from carpet to hardwood, the attachments are very easy to switch out and very easy to empty and replace dust canister. My only disappointment is I could have sworn it the specs said the cord retracted but it does not, it might on another model, and I may have gotten them mixed up.

It's a little unwieldy to use at first due to the "ball". At any rate, this model is a little easier to move around than the regular Dyson vacuums.

My wife says it’s a bit heavy, but she really likes it. It picks up a lot of things that our old Dyson missed too.

I wasn't looking for a vacuum but when I got the email with the sale price i had to order it right away. I am not disappointed either.

Vacuum had Issues FAST

It really did a great job, but after spending all that money you don't want to hear any fishy sounds. We took it back and exchanged it for the Dyson Cordless V8. LOVE IT!

Picks up the most ridiculous amount of microscopic dust for. Our apartment carpet. Would recommend to everyone

I have yet to find a vacuum that has the pickup that a Dyson does. This was a Deal of the day purchase so it made it a no brainer. They make great gifts.
