The vacuum has thus far performed well, but the plastic frame seems very delicate/brittle. It seems as though it would be easy to crack the vacuum at some point and compromising its use. I am surprised I did not crack the frame during assembly, but performance wise it is fine.

This vacuum replaced our multi-floor from 17 years ago. Another quality Dyson product. Just not quite used to the feel of putting the vacuum back up into the upright position. Feels as though I may break it. Cleans like a dream.

Does a great job of removing pets hair (shredding husky) it has not let me down as long you keept filter clean

It’s a Dyson! Had great experience with this brand so far. Had to return this because there are different versions to this vacuum and unfortunately this one doesn’t come with the Hepa filter unlike our previous model.

Does a great job. I'm the type that vacuums once, empties the bag, and does it again and again to see what is left and after each time I can tell the carpet gets cleaner and cleaner bc more and more junk keeps coming up.

Great vacuum would not use any other brand, bought over a year ago and still works as the first day i got it, big thumbs up

I love my new vacuum. I (appropriately) named her 'Violet'. She likes to come out of the closet often to clean up. She's sleek, and pretty, and does a good job sucking up dirt. The only problem is... she's a bit heavy. I kinda wish I had gone with the Orange one. But, I got such a great deal on Violet!

We have owned a stain for over 10 years. Bought this smaller model and like it so far. Does not have as long of an extension arm to reach all of our stairs without moving the unit and has a much smaller container for the dirt. Other than that, we are pleased.

Best product for the house I have purchased. Worth the extra money upfront to have a product that lasts and is great. Picks up small particles and make the rugs in the house smell fresh again.

Use this upstairs in bedrooms, where we don't have Central Vac. Our yellow Lab sheds and this is the 'bomb' at picking up dog hair. Best Buy had a terrific sale,too!

This is the best vacuum I've used, "ever" is pricy but you get what you pay for. All filters are washable and reusable. Best value for clean carpets and vehicles.

Love the way it gets under furniture and the maneuverability. Extra long cord is a plus. No need to dial up or down for carpet as adjusts automatically.

Great vacume. The suction can be a problem if your carpet is not anchored down like it's supposed to be, but that's what good vacume cleaners do.

I bought this for this Dyson valcum for someone else. My wife saw it loved it and now she owns it.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used, it gets so much dirt out of my carpet each time I use it I am amazed. I did get it on a flash sale.

This is a great item. We use it at our office and picks up more dust and dirt than I could have imagined. I would recommend this Item for home or small business

This is my 3rd dyson vacuum since 2005. We bought it as it was on sale and my 7 year old dyson had an electrical problem. This one is a little larger and is working great. Would buy again.

We purchased this Dyson for our son's first home and he absolutely loves it. It was a wonderful deal of the day and we are very fortunate to have caught it on sale.

In previous years I’ve had bad experiences with Dyson, which is why I was hesitant to buy this one. Boy am I glad I did! This vacuum is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever used!!

There's really just no comparison in this space, had the same vacuum prior to this one and really didn't need a new one, but found a great price and decided to pull the trigger.
