The vacuum works as advertised. Really easy to maneuver around objects and get the hard to reach spots. The hose is also good, stretches enough to reach ceiling fans.

The sales rep did a superb job, we really didn't know what to purchase until she gave the pros and cons of every brand they carried. This is by far the best vacuum we have ever invested in.

After 10 years, we decided to upgrade from our first Dyson. We were torn between a Dyson canister and the Ball upright, but went with the upright for easier storage. Very happy with this vacuum.

After using Dyson, there's no going back to any other vacuum. It's wonderful, pick ups most anything so you have to be quick not to have anything you might not want sucked in around.

This is one awesome machine. Bought to replace an older model and didn't think it would be that much better. I was definitely wrong. Dirt does not escape this vacuum or the fur from four cats.

The Dyson Ball is the best vacuum I have used. It cleans up what my other vaccume would leave behind. Also the auto adjusting vacume hight is very nice, as well as it's high manuverability.

Dyson vacuums are really good. But I do have a problem with Best Buy. A warranty through them is usually useless. You have to go through dyson.

Used to use Shark or Hoover for vacuums. The suction on Dyson is drastically different and now I can understand why people prefer this over others even with hefty price.

This is my 3rd Dyson (and not because they breakdown). My original Dyson upright is over 10 years old and still going strong. This is a great addition to the stable. No complaints here!

Great suction and movement for user, able to notice that cleaning was done and you won't believe how much cleaner things appear after the suction ball picks up around areas. Worth it. Only negative, not cordless

I owned a Dyson for many years. It was time to get a new one and I did some research on this one. The quality is high and works really well. I will recommend it to friends and family.

I've tried others trying to save some money however, I recommend spending the extra in the beginning. Actually saves money in the long run. There is nothing better.

We are very happy with this purchase, Dyson makes great products. Only down side was that it didn't come with the pet hair accessory, I bought it separately though.

I caught this baby on the deal of the day a few months ago and I am glad I did. I love this vacuum. It's lightweight and has great maneuverability.
