The machine sucks just fine. It’s heavy and works bestfor large open floor plans, not so suitable for smaller quarters. Biggest issue is the hose. It too stiff and won’t stay “unrolled” Which leaves the whole hose+attachment function basically useless. I tried calling dyson customer service about it, but was told I was no. 24 in line and gave up. Buy it for your large open floors, and get another machine for the hose and smaller space action. My next machine will not be a dyson.

Great item on deal of the day. Easy to take apart and clean to keep up best operation. Rolls around with ball design very easy.

Put together like the old film cameras but can do it all, takes some time you will have to spend some time reading the manual but the results are great.

I only get Dyson, they are above expectations. They last. I Got one 10 years ago and still have it. I had to buy another one for my other house. Awesome gifts too.

Had a central vacuum at the old house and picked this one up on sale for the new house. Suction is good, but still getting used to having an upright instead of just the hose of a central vac. All in all, so far so good.

This Vacuum is so easy to use. I love the easy control and "no bag" feature. It makes our carpet look and feel new again. This Dyson makes me want to vacuum more than once a week!

Good vacuum machine and durable than Shark. Just replace the Shark which lasted less than 6 months and broken with no suction.

Only had this for a month or so, but it works like a dream!! Certainly the best vacuum cleaner we have owned. Certainly worth the money!

Only negative thing is this vacuum will show you how fast dust collects in your home. It’s bagless design is great.

I could write a book about how great this is. I have convinced everyone I know to buy one. You will never regret it because you won’t ever need another vacuum.

the other Dyson Unit was over 5 years old - used very hard - held up pretty good considering the amount of use. Went with this one even though it was a low end Dyson - other Dyson models are very expensive - just hope this one lasts the 5 years.

I have waited YEARS for a Dyson and this doesn't disappoint! Thank you Best Buy for the awesome deal, I never would have owned one without the special pricing.

This really does the job well. I can see why the Dyson name is a leader with their technology, really cleans carpets and flat surfaces well.

We have had this model Dyson Vacuum for a while. We bought this one for our youngest son. He is getting married soon and wanted a vacuum like we have!

Bought it on sale, this amazing vacuum has not let me down. It deep cleans your rugs and sucks up dirt that you didn’t even know was there. Highly recommend it.

Our old Hoover vacuum died and saw a great deal for this Dyson. We figured to give it a try and it can definitely suck dust and dirt from all carpet. Will recommend!
